Very happy to choose this hotel, we found a clean, modern, and very good located to go to all interesting central places hotel.
Next to Central Station you can go walking everywhere you have to visit in the city.

Firstly we picked this hotel because it is modern and near the Hauptbahnhof.
Before we went my other half emailed the hotel to let them know that it was a Birthday treat for me and he wanted to make it special. He emailed 2 different email addresses and didn't get a response so he ended up calling them.....
When we arrived we managed to get an early check in which my other half had arranged with the hotel which was fantastic.
The hotel had done a fruit platter with some water for me as a little something for my Birthday which was a lovely touch.
The room was bright and model with a great shower, sink area and toilet. The bed was very comfy and the writing above the bed was different.
We found that storage space was minimal as some of the cupboards were fake ones that didn't have any purpose!
Now the bad points:
House Keeping was the worst we have ever encountered.
After the first night my partner came out in a rash all over his body so we asked if the whole bed linen could be changed. Most of it was changed but no one seemed to care that this had happened to him!
The room wasn't as clean as we had expected. Tea bags were not replaced and when we called reception to ask for more black tea they bought us green tea with a ton of sugars! We had to call down a few times to ask for tea, this gets boring.
We had to call down for Shampoo as it wasn't replaced the same with the shower gel, we went and bought our own in the end.
House keeping failed to clean the glasses in our room too.
My partner noted that we were meant to be given towelling robes and sleepers. These weren't in our room so yet again we had to ask for them.
We even found an old pair of slippers on the top shelf of one of our cupboards.
The hotel is lovely and the reception staff pleasant but house keeping really lets it down.
This is the 3rd Eurostars Hotel we have stayed in and we can say we have given them a good try but this was the last straw.
The hotel is in a very seedy area but if you come out the Hauptbahnhof cross over the road, go right then left you don't see any of the horrible bits. This is the route we took bar once and we didn't go that way again.......

Room Tip: One that isn't near the main road.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We were heading to Munich by train for an one night stay before our tour to the Neuschwanstein, and the location of the hotel was perfect for our purpose.

The interior is clean, spacious and beautifully finished. The bed is really comfortable.

The service was good and we were offered a free pastry and a coffee, but unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of it.

I am not sure why, but the hotel was 10 euro cheaper when I booked it after midnight. You might want to sign up for a corporate account to get some extra discount.

Given how expensive Munich hotels are, I think the hotel price, even at regular price, is very reasonable for the location, room quality, amenities and service.

From my research, Munich has only a few hotels very close to Marienplatz, all of which are quite expensive. This hotel is a great compromise, as it is about a 15-20 min walk to Marienplatz and a very good price. Yes, it is in what some might call a 'strange' area with a few sex shops and casinos, but it is totally safe and the hotel is really nice and worth the walk. Bonus: about 5 min walk from train station.

Positives: The rooms are very modern. This hotel feels really new. Really big comfy bed, modern bathroom, good towels. Great breakfast with eggs, bacon, pancakes, fruit, cereal and much more. Excellent service from reception, so kind and helpful.

Negatives: Unfortunately the room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. One day we didn't have any towels. Housekeeping let them down a tad. Quite a bit of noise coming from the family rooms, but nothing past midnight and no noise whatsoever in the morning. Wifi: I've enjoyed staying at all Eurostars hotels I've visited, however their Wifi system drives me insane. If you leave your phone on lock for anything more than 5 mins, the internet cuts out and you have to re-enter your password. After 8 consecutive nights in various Eurostars hotels this was driving me insane, but would be fine short term.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel as the rooms are spacious, modern, and more than comfortable, you get a great breakfast, and good service on top of that.

Room Tip: If you are a light sleeper who goes to bed early, ask to be as far as possible from rooms with child...

I stayed here for 2 nights with my mother. We booked a city break with easyjet holidays. I emailed the hotel a couple of weeks in advance to let them know that we had an early flight and asked if an early check in would be possible. They responded swiftly and said they couldn't make any promises but would try. We arrived at 11.00am and were able to check in. The room was clean and bright, and at the back of the hotel, so very quiet. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the Haubtahnhof station, yes it is an a migrant area, with casinos near by but we didn't feel unsafe or have any problems. Breakfast was great, lots of choice - fruit, breads, croissants, cold meats, cheese, bacon, eggs etc. The only negative regarding the hotel was the noise from the family in the rooms opposite on both nights, they were loud but I think the walls are a little thin, which didnt help. The hotel is about a 20 minute stroll to Marienplatz and about 5 minutes to the city tour buses (outside the Haubtbahnhof station). We did a city walking tour with Munich walking tours, which was very informative and a tour to Dachau with the same company. The tour guide, Lisa, was excellent. Visit the food market near Marienplatz, the pork and sausages from the stand by the beer garden was delicious. Munich is a lovely city and worth a visit. The beer is good too!

This hotel is a block from the train station and walking distance to many Munich sights as well as transportation. The literary decorating theme of the hotel is a little much, but it's not overwhelming. The staff was very helpful, and the lobby and rooms are modern and bright. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hotel is on a busy, noisy street - be sure to ask for a room away from the street. The room rate when we stayed was very reasonable, but breakfast was very expensive, so we chose to eat elsewhere. The blocks surrounding the hotel are on the seedy side, but it's a short walk to the beautiful sights of Munich, and we felt safe around the hotel at all hours. Munich is a fascinating city with so much to see - we stayed only two days, but it's worth a much longer visit. The bike lanes are extensive and well-used, and seeing Munich on a bicycle is a great way to get around. You can rent bikes just behind the train station.

We stayed at this hotel coz it said it had parking, but be aware! They have a very limited parking space and they cannot guarantee you a parking space. The parking lot could fit a lot more cars, but the elevators that make the garage "multi" story is broken! Also, they charge you 18 euro per night to park in it. It's better if you park on the street (11pm-9am parking is free) and that what we did in two of our four night stay at this hotel. To me, it felt like I had to fight for a parking once it was available inside since you don't want to be parking on the streets and paying about 2 euros an hour when you can walk to where you want to go. The city center is about a 15 minute walk, and the train station is just around the corner (6 mins walk). The hotel is clean and the staff are nice, but house keeping doesn't do the best job. Dinner at the hotel is acceptable but breakfast is way over priced with 18 euros a person (you get it for 14 euros if you do it at check in). We ate at a Starbucks at the train station every day (which also has other restaurants and coffee shops). The hotel is located at a casino area (which I didn't like). The street is also filled with halal food restaurants and grocery stores, which I wasn't really interested in. To me, the street didn't feel safe at all. Nice hotel but bad location.
