I have been to many hotels and in 2013 it amazes me that a top hotel in Munich has no free wifi. In fact no service other than Telekom a mobile phone operator.
To achieve Internet connectivity one has to register and pay for a service that continually drops. Is slow and one had to keep logging in. When I called reception I could tell the poor girl was embarrassed to inform me there was no free wifi/none at all.
For this reason alone I rate the hotel as poor.
Rooms are nice. Staff are friendly but stay somewhere else of you want to stay connected.
