The warm welcome started from the moment I rang the gate bell till the time I stepped foot beyond the side walk to catch the bus back to the train station. Jan and Fatima's great hospitality made the stay special and relaxing especially as a solo traveler during the Holidays. With helpful insight provided by Jan, transportation to and from the B&B was very easy. From the main train station only requires a connection on the U or S Bahn and a Bus. The bus stops (192 & 194) are situated directly in front of the B&B. My single room was perfect with all the essential amenities. Nice breakfast spread. Don't hesitate, just book you won't regret it.

First time to Munich. Found the Zeevat on Trip Advisor and it wasn't wrong. Jan was a great host. Friendly and very helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and "homey". This was our first stop for our holiday and got us off to a wonderful start. I highly recommend this.

I saw this place on tripadvisor originally and with all the good reviews I had to give it a shot. I was more then pleased! I had a wonderful time staying at the Zeevat in Munich. The hosts go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. The breakfast table was great and variety of food was very good. The place is clean, the beds are very comfortable, and overall is a great place to stay. The bus transportation into the city is very close, almost right across the street! An added plus the hosts are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!!

From our first steps into Zeevat - we were greeted with great warmth of hospitality by Jan! Both Jan and Fatima were extremely kind, friendly, & very accommodating...

We had the attic room, which was spacious, tidy and met every need we had.

The B&B is well connected to the city Square and the central train station by bus and train - takes around 30 mins to get there.

For those who choose Jan and Fatima's B&B for their stay in Munich, you will not be disappointed - we highly recommend it!

First timers in Munich found Zeevat very accomodating. Our third floor loft was quiet and spacious, but might be a bit of a haul for someone with heavy luggage. Fatima and Jan were wonderful and were willing to adjust our unexpected reduction in number of our group reservation. Breakfast was wonderful, both in the quality of food and conversation. Munich is a major city and Zeevat was a bit of a ways from the city center. Fatima and Jan patiently provided the best subway directions for our needs. We wish Jan a thourough and lasting recovery from his shoulder injury and wish Fatima the patience and endurance to carry-on the "good work" in keeping Zeevat the Island of Sanity in this huge city. Best wishes !

Room Tip: The third floor loft is spacious with windows and a huge skylight. There are shared bathrooms on th...

There's really not much more I can say about B&B Zeevat that hasn't already been said. Jan & Fatima are exceptional hosts; very welcoming, warm, helpful, and easy to talk to.
The breakfast was amazing with anything you could hope for as well as eggs on request.
My husband and I stayed during Oktoberfest so the house was full but we never had a problem using the shared bathroom.
We travelled throughout Europe for 3 weeks and this was by far the best and most hospitable.
Book it!!! You will not regret it, we would most definitely stay again if we returned.

2 nights accommodation here in September 2013. Very welcoming hosts, nice room with a fridge overlooking the garden, and large share bathroom. There were other guests staying here at the time as well but we never saw them so sharing the bathroom was not an issue. The bus stop to the train station is literally out the front and it is an easy trip straight into the heart of Munich. Very delicious breakfast. Parking was available off the street. The host Jan and Fatima were very hospitable and provided great information about things to do in and around Munich. Thanks Jan for the welcoming beer on arrival - it hit the spot after a days driving. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay at the B&B Zeevat again.
