The fruit-salad was over the hill, after telling that the waitress, her comment was: it can' t be bad, it has been made yesterday and was delivered to us today... The choice of food in general for the brunch was poor, scrambled eggs were missing for half an hour, the pancakes were cold, the pork-filet was dry as a desert, the cakes came from the freezer.... Neither dedication nor passion for serving guests and treating them nicely...

The Big Easy used to be a fine restaurant. It is now under new management: the quality is mediocre or less, and the prices have risen.
We had a starter which, under the old management, was unforgettably good. Under the new, well, "mediocre" is being polite.
What an insult to American cuisine!

No Cajun Taste but there was a Thai curry of sorts. It was under new management and might be finding its identity (October 2012). Despite being told they accepted credit cards, I then discovered they only took German debit cards. Jazz was Sunday afternoon tea dance style without any life, volume or enthusiasm. Buffet was erratically replenished meaning it was difficult to get a serving of scambled eggs at the same time as your bacon. The only positive was the attentive Eastern European serving staff.
