My 3 friends and myself have booked a "SPA WOCHENENDE" (wellness weekend) in the hotel last weekend 3/4 September.
We have no complains about the hotel. The lady at the reception was very helpful... and so were the waitresses at the restaurant, but we had an incident that spoilt all our week end. The "Chefin" (manager) of the wellness area (independent of the hotel) during an argument we had,which started with a misunderstanding, has "sent us" to learn "proper German before starting an argument". We all 4 found this UNBELIEVABLE AND INAPPROPRIARE... Even if the "client can not always be treated as a king" at least it should be appreciated the fact that foreigners try to speak the local language ... since the wellness "Chefin" could not speak English or French...!!!!!! WE WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!
