This hotel located in central location in Wurzburg was very charming. It was hot the night we stayed there but there was a fan. We had a rooftop room with private rooftop patio! The room was large in size with separate toilet and sink/shower. The breakfast was plentiful. The car park was nearby and discounted for the hotel. The front desk was helpful. We walked to the pedestrian bridge at night. This hotel was very clean.

We liked this hotel very much. It is in a great location and close to great shopping and eating places. We drove and could park the car close by for Euro 8 a day in a parking station. The hotel room we had was a generous size and had a great bathroom with plenty of room. Free WiFi which worked well. Breakfast was lovely and the table setting was charming with what appeared to be solid silver servers and genuine tea cups. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors.

Lovely decor! Amazing staff. Lovely wine. location is right in the center of the city. LOVE IT.
Have to underline that the staff really are the nicest I've ever been treated to. they've got an excellent wine in the reception area as well....

We unfortunately could only stay one night.
We arrived by train, navigation to the Hotel is close (less than 10minute walk) and very easy to find.
The welcome was warm and friendly, good English.
The reception area and lounge is charming... especially to enjoy the complementary white wine.. thank you.
The room 302 was large and very comfortable. The room was very quiet even facing the square. The bed was also very comfortable.
We had breakfast €12 each in the very attractive dining room on level 1. The breakfast was excellent value with a great range of food and pot of coffee.
The Hotel is very close to all the attractions. You must visit The Residence (€7.50 each with guided tours which was most informative)
Overall we really enjoyed the Hotel and very friendly staff.
Highly recommended and will stay again.

Just off the centre this is a great hotel but unfortunately having arrived quite late there was no restaurant at the hotel so we had to go and find one. The receptionist pointed us in the right direction and we found a great one. The reception staff were great and provided us with a lot of information.
There was a down side in that we were right over the entrance and the trams stopped outside but the hotel provides, free of charge, ear plugs! It was hot but we kept the windows closed and although there is no air-con we survived without the need for the ear plugs.
One other issue we found strange was that there was no plug in the bathroom sink. The night manager could not find one the first night and provided us with a plastic bowl and the promise to sort it the next day. However, the day manager said that this was the norm and plugs were not provided in the sinks!! Bizarre? They found one that would just fit and with a struggle we could fill the sink with water.
Breakfasts were good and worth the additional costs. Definitely take a river cruise.
Many great places to eat but would recommend Bürgerspital Weinstuben on Theaterstrasse that has a great eating area outside.

Room tip: Get a room at the rear if possible as the trams are noisy.
