we stayed at the Capri apartment.
First of all the apartment is in a new building, with elevator. Facing a little park, very quiet and beautiful.
The location is great - between Mitte and Pranzlaur-Berg (if I spell it right). Everything is close by. Cool shops and galleries and a lot of restaurants and bars at night. We loved the neighborhood.
the apartment itself was beautifuly decorated - everything was clean. We felt at home!
Downstairs there is a a gret cafe. Owned by an Italian with excellent Italian food and a very nice atmosphere (at summer you can sit outside facing the park).
The owner was very nice and helpful, the service was excellent.
In summary - no faults, everything was as we expected and more. We highgly recommend the apartment.

I spent a week at the Berlin Habitat Capri apartment. The apartment was just as advertised and I loved the location.

The apartment has everything you need for a vacation stay. It was immaculate on arrival and even included things like a new kitchen sponge, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bed was quite comfortable. I’d add more, but the apartment looked just like the photos on the website and had everything noted. The wifi worked great; I had no connectivity issues. The apartment overlooks a child’s play area so there was some noise during the day, but it was quiet at night with the exception of one night where it seemed a neighbor was having a party … but even that didn’t last too late.

It is very close to the Rosenthaler Platz u-bahn station. I really liked the neighborhood feel of this location. The area has tons of small shops, restaurants, and interesting cafes. The flat is about a 15 minute walk down to Hackescher Markt and also close to the Museum Insel.

The communications with the owner were very good and he was very easy to do business with. He requested info on my arrival and provided detailed instructions for getting the key and getting in to the apartment. He also checked in on the first evening. In the apartment, he had a sheet with local information (e.g. the nearest bankomat, grocery store, where to put the trash, etc.).

The payment terms were also quite favorable. There was no damage deposit required as you find with some apartments. The owner accepts credit cards for the down payment and also allowed the balance to be paid with a card for an additional 10 EUR. This was the only Euro location that I visited and being able to pay with a card meant I did not have to stock up on Euro before I arrived or deal with a wire transfer. That was a huge convenience to me.

We recently spent 5 nights in the Magnolia suite. In short, it was perfectly located and perfectly appointed. It had everything we (two of us) needed for our stay in Berlin - fully stocked kitchen , wifi, an ipod doc, a HUGE bathroom, washing machine and clothes rack, and a perfectly lovely deck with two chairs and a table. We spent most of our evenings out here. There are so many great restaurants and bars nearby, we were sorry to leave because there were so many we didn't get a chance to try! Stefan and his wife were very kind and very responsive to any questions we had. My only recommendation would be to add a fan to the apartment - it was quite hot while we were there and some nights were a bit sweaty. But other than that, this place was exactly what we wanted and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We booked to stay in one of the Parkview apartments based on other travellers advice on tripadvisor for 3 nights, and just as other reviewers have stated it is excellent and really good value!
Location was excellent, in the middle of the bustling neighbourhoods of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg, with many funky nightclubs and great restaurants steps away. It's so relaxing to have your own apartment so you don't feel the need to rush out before housekeeping and truly start to feel like a local after a few days. The neighbourhood and U-Bahn (Berlin Underground) are easy to navigate and Stefan was an extremely accommodating host. Only downfall is we found it hard to find the local Kaisers Supermarket (a Google map printout would help in advance) and the dishes hadn't been emptied from the dishwasher and roller-blinds on one of the windows were faulty but these are minor and trivial! Highly recommended, can't wait to get back to Berlin!!! Such a fantastic place for a city-break (and I live in London so feel that's saying quite a bit!)

I stayed at the Isabella apartment for 4 nights and I loved the apartment. The positives: great central location (2-minute walk to the S-Bahn, to 2 grocery stores, to Alexanderplatz, and to the Unter Den Linden), quiet apartment (with the windows closed), modern decor, very clean, fully furnished kitchen, comfortable bed, spacious, and well lit. The Negatives: Lobby to the building isn't very pretty and no landline in the apartment. All in all this is a great apartment and I would recommend it to anyone.
