We were very confused upon arrival when the taxi driver dropped us off in front of a marketplace. It took a bit of exploring to find the hotel, which is actually inside the restaurant, you check in at the bar. The people were very nice and welcoming. There are less than 10 rooms, and while they are small, they were nicely decorated. I was displeased by the lack of a phone in the room, I thought that was a common hotel fixture, but maybe not in Europe. We also had no internet access. Our main problem was that our radiator was not working. It was below freezing outside and barely warmer than that in our room. It is because of this I give the hotel a bad review. We inquired about the radiator twice and the first time was assured our room would be "toasty" when we returned. It was more like stepping into a meat locker. I went down stairs a second time to tell them it wasn't working and they came and looked at it and said make sure you tell them when you check out that it isn't working. The 3 fleece blankets helped a little but not much. The ridiculously cold room kept us up most of the night and made trips to the bathroom seem like a trek across the arctic tundra. When you have to take a blanket with the bathroom with you to the bathroom, that's a pretty bad sign. If I had the option, I would have stayed somewhere else. I believed we should have been moved to another room or at the very least compensated for the room.More
