“Lovely square”
Reviewed 9 December 2013

Went here for the Xmas market, it was the only one we visited that charged us to enter (1euro) all in all it was OK and as others have said there are better ones in the city wit more there and no entrance fee, but the square and the churches are lovely.

“Pretty market”
Reviewed 9 December 2013

This is a really pretty market especially in the early evening. There were stalls selling various food, drink and crafts. However, I thought that a lot of the crafts were over-priced.

“Good Atmosphere - but that was all.”
Reviewed 9 December 2013

There was a 1 euro fee to go in, it is only small but this was the only market to charge. The square itself is very atmospheric at night but is was very busy and most of the stalls were selling non-christmas goods which were expensive. A lot of the space was taken up by restaurants and sit down cafes. It was OK for a couple of gluhweins and a bit of atmosphere, but there are better christmas markets in Berlin.

“Lovely Christmas market”
Reviewed 8 December 2013

I visited in the early evening and found that although it was busy it provided a good atmosphere. A wide mixture of stalls with lots of mulled wine available! Entertainment on the stage was good but it was a shame that the choir wasn't singing Christmas songs. 1euro charge to get in but it is well worth it.
