Not to hard to find get off at berlins main train station turn right go 300m and its there on your left some interesting modern works art way too many for a quick visit make sure you have plenty of time to get the full experience on the minus side it's a little pricey and the museum staff act like there still working for the stassi but on the whole if you like modern art this the place to go in Berlin

From photography to painting to sculpture this museum of contemporary works offers visitors a good range of art to explore. The museum has a great layout and both an indoor and outdoor cafe to chill in before or after contemplating the big questions artists ask of us.

We spent a lot of time at this wonderful place, which has terrific Warhols, Kiefers, and
Rauschenbergs. The museum is in an old railway station that has lots of very large areas
in which to show off their collection. As I recall, there is also a wonderful cafe with excellent pastries and coffee. A must see for the modern art fan; the so called Neues Museum does not have any new art at all, but has great collections of old stuff.

Really enjoyed my visit here! Didn't love all the exhibitions, but the building itself is beautiful and worth the visit. Plus, the exhibitions I enjoyed were incredible - Saraceno's "Cloud Cities"! - and there's so much to see, that there's something for everyone! Easy to find your way around, a lovely looking restaurant on-site (didn't try it myself).

Didn't love the bookstore - the books, postcards, etc, were not directly related to the current exhibitions, so it was hit-or-miss to find something to remember exactly what I'd just seen in years to come. Good thing they allow photos!

My husband and I are modern art lovers, so we were excited to see what Berlin had to offer. The museum is HUGE...and a great conversion of a former train station. I actually wished they had only converted the main part because the extra wing along the side made the experience overwhelming. The main exhibit halls had some very interesting and beautiful works, but many of the halls were filled with primarily video art. I'm sure some of it is rotating exhibits. It was worth a visit, but don't feel bad if you can't see it all (either because of time or overloading of your visual brain)
