We traveled to Berlin for the first time with my family for a couple of days. We arrived very late at night due to a flight delay however the reception works 24 hours. The staff welcomed us in the best possible way. They were very kind, polite and very helpful. Our room was very comfortable and most importantly very clean. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The chef definitely deserves a bonus! The location was also good, there is s metro and buses to take you to the center or anywhere in the city. We enjoyed Berlin because of a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!!

I stayed here in January and as other reviews state it is a little out of the centre of the city but is still a good option. The room I had was spacious and comfortable. I was on the 5th floor looking out onto the main road and I didn't find it noisy (I think I heard a siren go past once but general traffic noise is minimal). The room was clean and had everything I needed. Its also nice and easy to get to and from Shonefeld airport using the 171 bus. The staff were friendly and there is an Edeka 5 minutes walk away for groceries.

The hotel offered all wee need. The stuff is pleasant and they give us all we need or ask. Maybe the breakfast could be a little changed from day to day but if offers a good choice of food. Public transport is near (bus 2 minutes, metro 12 minutes walking).
