The hotel was clean & the room was nice. The price for breakfast is 12€ and it’s nice.
Quite far from the city center for somebody who is coming for a city break/holiday in Berlin. No restaurant in the hotel and there is not much choice for food in the surrounding.

My boyfriend and I booked a cheap last minute trip via Thomas Cook so I didn't specifically pick this hotel. It is far enough out of the city but the clue is in the name really. This wasn't particularly a problem for us since we were able to get the 171 bus right across the road to Hermannplatz (approx. 30 mins) and then the underground to Alexanderplatz etc. The last bus back meant we had until around 11.30pm before we had to head back - this was fine for us as we didn't stay out late. The taxi was expensive enough the one night we did but we knew this and were prepared to spend it for our night out.
The 171 bus also goes from the airport to this hotel - although make sure you get off at Rudower Strasse and not Rudow like we did - walked for 20 mins, hailed a taxi and it was still a 10 min ride - oops!
The hotel room was clean and nice enough considering what we paid for it. We obviously booked a double bed and got super excited to find we had 2 duvets for a double - this was perfect for us as I wrap the duvet around me whereas he gets too warm. I'm sure you can ask for one duvet if this doesn't suit. We found the bed to be very comfortable too and both had great sleeps. The staff were friendly and helpful when we asked about transport into town etc and gave us a map which helped bigtime when out and about. I also didn't experience any particular noise levels, just the usual for a hotel with people going in & out of rooms etc.
If I didn't mind staying a bit further out or was on a tighter budget, I wouldn't mind staying in this hotel again in the future.

It's very usual to find ice dispensers in Hotels.. It's not the case of this one... So, during the days that I was here, I asked fpr ice few times...last time the staff member expressed herself disappointed and told me: it's the 4th time !!! Next time, buy it on the other side of the street ! Shame ! It's just ice and the dispenser was just 1 and a half meter of the staff member ! It was just ice ! if this hotel are not capable to hire nice people, put ice dispenser instead ! In a worst scenario, charge for this ! I don't like to fell like someone ask for a big favor and bothering others. This supposed to be a 5 star rating because the hotel is really good. But the staff member complaining me about my need of ice took 2 stars of my review.

I was greeted warmly in the evening by the lovely male concierge. Made me feel very welcomed! The room was very clean and I love the fact you can open the widows for fresh air. They serve breakfast from 6-10am for 12 Euro which is a great deal if you ask me. The only downside is that the city center is about 40 minutes away by transportation. The bar downstairs is open 24/7 and the staff couldn't be better!

Ok . Where to start! Got dropped into this hotel by a congress organizer- was supposed to stay in Berlin Berlin (14kms away). This hotel is literally on the side of a road & I was greeted by some drunks fighting outside. Receptionist was rude & there is no restaurant in the hotel. The bathroom & especially the toilet is alarmingly unclean. I have seen some of the positive reviews & really don’t understand them as this is truly the worst place I have ever stayed.

We offer only breakfast which is already given at our homepage, we have unfortunately no restaurant. We regret that we did not meet your expectations and we would like to apologize for the behavior of some persons outside of the hotel. Unfortunately you have not informed our reception about your criticism of the bathroom. We would have liked to have the opportunity to clean them on the spot. We regret the rude behavior of our staff at reception. We aim to do better. However, we ask for your understanding of the general business policy - it means that every guest have to fill out the registration form in all hotels in Germany.
