The hotel is located in a great location, just next to the museum Island.
The rooms are small but comfortable.
Prices are reasonable.
If you're on vacation it is recommended to take a bike from the hotel desk, 12 euro per day, and tour the city.

I was using TripAdvisor to find a hotel for a family visit to Berlin. We narrowed it down to a couple and finally selected Eurostars Berlin. What a terrific find. It's relatively new, a modern design and has a great location. We took the 100 express bus bus from Tegel Airport that let us off a few blocks from the hotel, a very easy walk. A tram station, underground station and S-Bahn train station are right outside the hotel, with the main Berlin train station one stop away by S-Bahn, an easy connection to our next city.

We had our daughter with us and a roll away bed was provided in the room, still allowing plenty of space in the room. We had a room that faced the interior atrium courtyard, allowing us to have a great view through the atrium into the city without the street noise. We awoke to the piano player in the lobby who played during breakfast each day.

The hotel is in a great location. It's a short walk to the central Tiergarten Park and Brandenburg Gate, museum island, Alexanderplatz and the entire east central area of the town. The area just north of the hotel, across the river, has many wonderful restaurants, particularly along Oranienburger Straße, about 1/4 mile north of the hotel. Instead of taking the breakfast at the hotel, we found a great coffee and pastry shop just down Friedrichstrasse. There also are dozens of small restaurants and spots under the adjacent S-Bahn station. Primary shopping streets of Friedrichstrasse and Unter den Linden are minutes away.

The hotel staff was fabulous. Everyone one of them spoke passable to good English, were helpful, enthusiastic, and friendly. The airline had lost our daughter's luggage and the desk staff was really helpful to us to get the luggage delivered to our room as soon as it showed up.

We had a great time at Eurostars, and paid almost $200 less for our weeklong stay than we had been quoted at nearby hotels, all in a brand new facilty.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location, easy connections and a great value.

Room Tip: Our room faced the interior atrium and was quiet with a great. There didn't seem to be any loss...

Very good location. Excellent rooms. You can enjoy a very good breakfast buffet while a piano player is entertaining with some nice background music (never experienced this before). Extremely kind staff in reception and restaurant. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time we are visiting Berlin. Parking posibilities are however limited, and pricy (but not more than average in Berlin)

This is a modern business like hotel situated next to the main train station that links the city and one of the airports serviced by the low cost airlines. All of the main sites and tourist attractions are within walking distance and thoughts slightly further out are accessible by train at a very cheap price. The rooms in the hotel are modern and well fitted, the shower is amazing as it's a full body shower, can be a bit painful! Drinks in the hotel bar are not cheap but the service provided by reception was excellent. Great place to stay and will be returning in December.

We arrived in Berlin the night of Germany vs France in The World Cup.......fantastic timing, the place was buzzing.

The hotel was decked out with a splattering of World Cup flags etc but all very classy - they even had a projector in the reception/bar area showing the games so we wouldn't miss out on the atmosphere.

The room was lovely and overlooked the University Library - great for people watching. The bed was enormous - big enough for 6, the 2 of us felt a bit lost in it's vastness.

Breakfast was good, self service buffet style but a huge selection of hot and cold food - fruit, yoghurts, cakes, pastries, breads, meats, salads even. I did seem to struggle to get a good cup of builder's tea in Berlin I have to say.

The staff were very helpful and shared their local knowledge of trips, taxis, etc.

There were loads of restaurants within walking distance and the Berlin Underground Station right outside the hotel - we could sit and watch the trains arriving from our bedroom window - great double glazing as no noise.

We are returning to Berlin later this year and will book here again.
