I e-mailed email@example.com, in English, a couple of weeks ahead of time and they e-mailed me back in English and booked me in for a tandem jump. They picked me up at Gransee station as they said they would. The whole atmosphere was very professional. There were English speakers and German speakers at every step: the reception, the training, and the tandem masters themselves. There was about an hour of waiting, during which I watched other people get ready for their jumps, the plane takeoff, and the jumpers land, which was fine with me as it was expected. Either enjoy the cafe, watch the other jumpers, or bring your book or smartphone. My tandem master was an Australian named Miles. He was friendly, funny, and professional, and answered all my questions honestly and with a smile. I splurged for the handycam option and was happy with it: Miles did a great job interviewing me and getting good shots of the jump. The only thing I don't like about it is the terrible music they added during editing afterwards. I highly recommend GoJump for anyone in or visiting Berlin, and especially to English speakers.
