“Its worth to touch the Wall.. When you are in Berlin !”
Reviewed 21 August 2014

This was a dream come true..

I can recall of the television and watched the Berlin Wall coming down & never thought I would witness the history that time..

The indoor exhibition of the Holocaust was very informative.

'The Wall' with massive panoramic picture of story of the wall in and out.. Traumatically beautiful experience... You can sign your signature also..

Charlie's point, you can take some photos with solders in uniforms and flags for memory..

The tour bus will stop at Charlie' junction and you can plan May be 2 hours for this stop if you have short time! You can get lots of snacks in that area.. Bit expensive for example a small glass of orange juice 3:50 Euros!! Yes it's a famous tourist spot ...

“A Piece of History”
Reviewed 20 August 2014

Checkpoint Charlie and the Berlin Wall Museum are something to see if you are in the area. While the actual Checkpoint has become rather campy and 'touristy' the close by museum is an solemn reminder of its purpose. The documents and artifacts are well explained and well preserved. The museum is a must see for history enthusiasts like my boyfriend and me.

“Parts of the Wall & Checkpoint Charlie - easy to see”
Reviewed 19 August 2014

I had planned on spending much more time at both of these. Checkpoint Charlie is a small building (like you would think a military checkpoint would be) with 2 people in costume. The people dressed in military costume are there voluntarily and want money for photos taken up close. It is a must see but then go across the street and grab a smoothie at McDonalds. The Wall are small pieces of the wall (@8'tall and 5' wide) put together. There are maybe 6. You can see these pieces throughout Berlin. Takes 10 mins to read the information posted by them.
