Really nice really clean rooms big bedroom big bathroom balcony overlooked a small fountain in a square we stayed on the 6 the floor 617 .
Breakfast a bit steep at 17 euros but the restaurant is beautiful and food very nice , but their is a bakery and shopping area below hotel consisting of restaurants and Aldi and bakery etc .
It's a little out of the way but the fantastic underground and s Bahn which you have to take any way is only a small walk away .
Wifi is a problem never got it at all ?
Berlin as a whole was great beer 3 to 3.50 euros on average , food 10 to 15 euros gets a nice meal.
We took the train from airport the s9 then the s5 3.20 euros each great cheap and easy .
The zoological underground station is main station we looked for it's got a little more going on at night times just 3 stops on underground .
1 must is book the reichstag before going easy to do on line ! Or que for a hour ? We queued !
The walk round the dome on the roof of the reichstag is a must .
Loads of bars and little eating places every where and cheap .
We went to the Berliner Republic a bar which sells beers on the stock market ! Buy your beer cheap and see what rises and lowers it's prices .all bars up that street very nice , a irish bar just up the road nice Guinness .
Check point Charlie and the bits of the Berlin Wall left ! Very close to each other and another must see.
Underground finishes at 12ish we think so be careful .
Most restaurants and bars closed at 11pm.
Over all a great experience in Berlin would go back to hotel again.

Room Tip: We stayed in 617 we had balcony overlooked a small park very nice. 6th floor restaurants underneath...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location near the center – we could easily walk to Küdamm and Schöneberg. We were upgraded to suites including living room, balcony and small kitchen free of charge. The only negative was that wifi was only available in the lobby. Breakfast extremely expensive - we bought bread and coffee in a bakery next to the hotel.

We forgot a lot of clothes in a closet, but the staff sent it to us in a few days. Warmly recommended!

Dear guests,
Thank you very much for your warm recommendation. We are very pleased that the free upgrade was enjoyable for you and our service completely to your satisfaction.
Nevertheless, we liked to take note of your critical words, too. With regards to the wifi, a revision of the system is in the planning.
We hope, we could welcome you again for future stays.

Hotel was ok. Nice big rooms and bathroom. Quite hot though and air con only worked at times. Reception staff were not very friendly. Also when it came to asking for Wi-Fi, you would think I was asking for gold!!! Very reluctant to give code out. When they finally did, only one person at a time could log in!! Not great at all. Location of the hotel is about a 30 min walk to any sign of "life". Next time would look at other hotels.

We are currently staying at this hotel and are pleased with what we've been provided with. Upon check in we were advised that no non smoking rooms were left so they upgraded us to a suite. Can't smell the smoke so no issue at all.

Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable bedding.

Two down sides: 1-no access to wifi and 2- 50euro charge if you want them to set up the kitchenette.

Overall, great hotel in a good location.

In the past 6 months I had the pleasure to stay at this hotel twice.
On both occasions staff was most helpful to my friends, my family and myself.
The hotel is conveniently located to all of Berlin.
The street is very quiet and peaceful at night, given a one-way street ends in a round-about.

Room Tip: The suites are incredibly large. Ask if they have one free you may use at no additional charge

This is a popular hotel which really manages to make its guests welcome. It enjoys a central but quiet location, the adjacent square has restaurants and shops which helps to keep down costs. Room was okay, it did have coffee making facilities, something not that many hotels in Germany are offering. Breakfast was the real highlight of the place, great choice, incredibly friendly, swift and helpful service. I would certainly book again. Wheelchair access is possible, but my disabled room (206) did have some inconveniences. The bathroom could use a better shower seat and a general makeover.

Room Tip: the handicap room I got was room no. 206. It was actually 2 rooms separated by a sliding door. One o...

We stayed Eastern 2014 in this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The location is very good: quiet but centrally located. The Kurfürstendamm with its shopping area is only a 10 minutes walk away. Personnel was very friendly and helpful.

Negative aspects: the internet did not work in the rooms (not in reach for WIFI), the beds are too hard

All in all it is a good value for the price we paid.
