Ordered the 12 course ”all in” set. All courses were nice looking but tastes started to repeat each other after few dishes. There should be bigger variation between the sauces when so many courses are served to customer. Wine list by glass is also pretty narrow.

I have to say, this restaurant was one of the most exquisite and best ever dining experiences of my life. I don't say that lightly as a regular traveller and fan of great food and wine. A number of small plates, not rushed and served individually with explanations from the chef about each course. The tastes were delicate and overall, the meal simply sensational. I normally never return to a restaurant a second time within 24 hours (to avoid disappointment that it might not be as good) but I'm so glad we did. Round two was equally as excellent and it had a wine list to match. The sommelier was very proficient and after some discussion, he opened a bottle just so I could taste it. If you are in Berlin, then I implore you to try. Attached to Hotel Aldon but it's casual fine dining without the price tag because it remains independent. We can not wait to return!

This restaurant is located in the same block as hotel Adlon Kempinski. Atmosphere is wellcoming, warm and polite. Dishes were tasty, fresh and good, but they could have been more inventive. Serving was little clumsy, which could be solved if one waitor took care of one table. After leaving restaurant, it was pretty difficult to find jackets, but luckily nice waitor helped us with them. Some more automatic customers helping is needed. If you need good Asian food, this is place to go.

Day109 - Berlin. Weathers broken, it's pouring outside so we decided to eat in tonight. The Kempinski has an Asian restaurant called Sra Bua by Tim Raue who has a 2 Michelin star restaurant across town. They cover the whole gamut of modern Asian on their menu but we had the €50 5 course version of their Sra Bua Menu which covered sashimi, grilled salmon and spice jus, prawns with melon, Sichuan pork and crispy duck. The servings are generous, flavoursome and very artistic. We had a bottle of Rose and at €130 considering reputation, standard, sumptuous decorations etc, A$200 was at the top end. We had attentive service and weren't rushed - which was fine. A special or romantic occasion would suit coupled with good modern Asian so 8/10
