A must to see while in Berlin, nice cafe for a pit stop, also fanstastic visually. In the Potsdam plaza area surrounded by many shops.

Came across this place after sampling the festive delights of the Potsdamer Platz christmas market. It was dark and the lights took our breath away, the dome roof gave the impression a UFO was hovering above you, or a giant jelly fish was floating over head! Maybe that was down to too much gluwein! Not much to do there, just a cinema, a starbucks... and a sony shop with a spiderman crouching in the corner! Just go for the lights!

If you need a nice clean place with a bathroom attendant, go downstairs to the restrooms in this big building. Don't forget to tip! Located near Jewish Museum and ice skating.

Berlin tries hard to show its visitors how modern and vibrant it is. This center is just like any other mall around: a starbucks (as always!), restaurants, a Sony shop - of course, and an Imax cinema that doesn't work on the weekends! LoL seriously, the lady at the cinema desk told me that the imax only runs from Mon to Fri. That was 'smart'! Lol
Anyway, me and my husband spent exactly 15 minutes there and decided to leave. There are plenty of other spots in the city to have a drink and relax.

Nothing more than a shopping center with a big outdoor courtyard with tables and a fountain. However, it is still worth viewing if you are in the area. The place has a funky vibe to it and there is always a lot of shade and excitement. The only store I went in was the Starbucks, since I didn't go to Germany to shop.

Tip: It is relatively close to the Berlin Wall and Checkpoint Charlie, but not near much else. Might require a cab.

Tip: Located next to big park to walk through. Would still need cab on other side.

Tip: Stop is located on Hop on Hop off Bus, which might be best bet for getting to and from.
