Upon check in we inquired about laundry because being on a month long trip through Europe we desperately needed some clean clothes. Since we are a group of four we each asked for a separate bag, but at the time they did not have 4 bags available so we decided to split the cost for 2 bags between the four of us. They informed us our laundry would be done that evening as we had arrived that afternoon....however that was not the case. When we returned later that evening the laundry had yet to be done and reception ensured us that is would DEFINITELY be ready in the morning. But, the next morning 2 of us went down to get the laundry before heading out for the day because we needed clean clothes...reception informed us that they FORGOT to do our laundry and that it wasn't ready. The man at reception then offered us free breakfast, at that point the other 2 in our group joined us and I told the man that there were four of us but he only gave us two plates. We assumed that just meant to eat between the four of us using two plates. As we were eating our toast the man came over and says to us "I'm not stupid I know there are four of you eating, that will be 11€ for the 2 extra meals." So we went over and told him we weren't going to pay because it wasn't our fault that they forgot our laundry and that it was 4 peoples laundry split between 2 bags. Honestly, it was 2 extra pieces of toast from a crap all you can eat breakfast that cost 5.50€ per person. We didn't end up paying but the treatment we received from that staff member was not ok. Anyone that works in a service industry should know that the customer is always right. And, just because we are Americans traveling in Europe doesn't mean we are stupid and that you can take advantage of us. To the staff member with the red hair and beard know that the way you treated us was unacceptable. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE CATTLE.

Also, the bathrooms smelled horribly, the floors were covered it dirt and there was no toilet paper because it was stuck in the dispenser. Literally in EVERY SINGLE ONE of the bathrooms on the floor the toilet paper was stuck so it was unavailable for use.

Moral of the story: Don't stay here if you want to be treated like completed crap and have to drip dry every time you go to the bathroom.More
