An excellent Austrian restaurant offering not only a wide choice of Austrian dishes but also Austrian beer and a long list of Austrian wines. The service is sometimes slightly frosty but efficient. Book ahead as it gets very busy.

Wonderful restaurant with delicious food and kind professional service.

Ate here two weeks ago, it was one of our dinners on a trip to Berlin.

This was easily the best meal we had out of the ten restaurants visited on the tip.

The food is Austrian, but dont let that turn you away if you are not interested in meat and potatoes. They do everything well.

We had pumpkin soup and fried goat cheese to start. Both were amazing. You can really taste the wonderful flavors of the main ingredients rather than being washed out with over seasoning.

For the main course we had the cordon blue and the rump steak. Both were great, but i would defiantly recommend the cordon blue. Its the best i have every had.

For desert we had the apple strudel which is done well, but i dont like the Austrian version so much. I like the curst crispy and they do it soft. In any case, the restaurant knowns what its doing. The waiter actually recommended another desert and we were mistaken not to agree. We recommended many of the dishes we had and was spot on every time.

I asked for a digestive at the end of the meal. something like jagermierter, but the real thing. The waiter brought over three types for me to taste so i would not be disappointed. Just fantasitc service!!

I've been back several times, the service is excellent, the location great and most of all it's the best Wiener Schnitzel in the world. I recommend you order it with potato salad and a side of cucumber salad. There is a special on the menu which is 28 Euro for soup, schnitzel and strudel. Well worth it. The beer is great too, had a delicious lager. Highly recommended.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Choose any of the mains with confidence. The portions are fairly big so you may want to share a starter (our alad was a good choice).
