We went in the candy shop and watched them make hard taffy and were able to try the samples while they were still hot. Interesting.

, and got more amazed to know this is built post the war. You cannot tell that this is not the old original. It was all created from old pictures taken for the sight!! Do not forget to pickup a souvenir from the shops around. Choose a souvenir that reminds you with Bremen. I am sure you will know what I mean.

In front of a candy store one can see a well executed as a sculpture (1930) by Bernhard Hoetger made from bricks and bronze. It remembers a legend from Friedrich Wagenfeld (early 19th century) telling the story about 7 very lazy brothers.
