A beautiful hotel in a central location (easy walking to all the sites of Bremen), excellent service both in housekeeping and at the front desk, spectacular breakfast. The rooms in the Lloyd Building are exceptionally large and beautifully decorated. This Courtyard meets or exceeds the standards of most Marriott and Renaissance Hotels -- outstanding!

Room tip: Lloyd wing rooms are large and airy

Very good receiving. I was already checked in and known.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I had been upgraded, so there was nothing to complain about.

We got good help with what we would see in Bremen, via markings on a map, nothing went wrong, thank you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We went early the next morning, so we didn't get to experience any breakfast.

The car remained in the locked parking lot

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms are large, comfortable, and extremely soundproof. The breakfast is superb. The front desk staff is wonderful. The location near the train station is convenient.

My wife and I were lucky enough (?) to get a room in the "historic" Lloyd Building. The room had a king bed an was nice. However, we didn;t realize that there is no A/C. The fan runs and the cooling icon displays but the air does not get cool. After asking 2 days in a row whether or not the A/C was working some local friends clued us in. So the next night we spent with the windows open; ad=nd the discovery just how close to hte train station (and train tracks) we were. Easily enough noise to keep one awake most of the night. Staff seemed to shrug it off and say "Yeah, it's noisy in those rooms"..

Not room, just not up to what we expext in the US.

Room tip: Be careful selecting a room in the Lloyd building

As always the room was great. We had two rooms here. Service ead great. One employee in particular (girl with long blonde hair if her superiors read this) was very friendly and helpful. Her English was perfect, she was eager to help, and super friendly. I wish all hotel and staff were like her. Location is great. Easy walk to old town, right outside of central station.
