This is proably the best place to eat in Bremen, but it is not easy to get a table and you have to book in advance. I believe this restaurant used to have a Michelin Star, and when you eat here you can see why. Food is locally sourced and perfectly cooked and presented. Wine selection is excellent.
I had Turbot with a mustard cream sauce which was absolutely divine, washed down with a crisp white wine. I would not hesitate to recomend this restauarant to anyone.
