The hotel suite was extremely clean and comfortable. I loved the windows with a street view. The shower was very nice. We loved the breakfast. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The hotel had a very good ambience.

Stayed one night in the hotel and would happily go back again. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed comfortable and the shower good. It is a quiet location, but close enough to the center of town. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. I have no hesitation in recommending this as a place to stay, and for value for money it has to be one of the best places to stay in Bremerhaven.

Excellent value, clean, comfortable hotel, nothing to much trouble. Highly recommended. Good sized rooms, cheap high speed internet access (10 euros per week), great breakfasts, one day turned up 20 mins late, restaurant was empty, asked if there was any chance of a coffee, they brought out fruit, scrambled egg, bacon, breads, fruit juice, etc, oh, and the coffee. All this for 70 euros per twin room per night

clean, quiet, good value for money, it hasn't a restaurant or room service which can be a problem if you stay here (especially for business) more than a week, but the center is only 5 minutes away by feet and there are many good restaurants (Mamma Mia, Havana, La Grotta, ...) nearby :-)

The hotel is in am former military building and was opened in 2009. I found the decor crisp, clean and modern, the reception staff are friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of car parking at the rear of the hotel. Photos of the rooms on the hotel website are accurate and a fair representations of the the room I am staying in. the rooms on the top floor, 300 - 310 have vaulted ceilings mine felt cosy but not cramped with velux windows on 2 aspects. One thing I did notice was the silence as the rooms are well insulated for noise, (I could not hear the TV in the bedroom from the bathroom when the door was closed).

Their is a breakfast room on the ground floor that serves breakfast, cooked bacon, sausage and egg was available, there is also a cold meat and cheese table, yought and cereals, along with rolls and bread. Coffee or tea is brought to your table. There is no lunch or evening meal service but there are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Try the Italian Mama Mia which is only 100m away, see separate review.

All the rooms have Internet access, though for such a new hotel this is not wifi and a network cable is required, (possibly due to do the building being ex military and having very thick internal walls. There is a charge for Internet Access, €3 for 24 hours, or €7 for 3 days or €10 for 7 days, nit bad value when you consider what some hotels charge.

The hotel information in the room was all in German, though the front desk were able to answer any questions,it would have been nice if the key parts of the information pack had been tarsnlated into Engish and other languages (Goggle Translate would be a good start). The only English TV channel was the BBC World Service however the TV seemed to switch to other feeds on this channel.

Nice and new hotel, located within walking distance of attractions., the bathrooms are a little small and the beds are rock hard. We have stayed at the sister hotel Amaris before and liked it better. Breakfast buffet was good and service was very friendly.
