In all fairness to this hotel, the 45 Euros per night with en suite bathroom is probably the cheapest in the area, so you get what you pay for. But I feel this is still a little bit overpriced if compared to other slightly more expensive choices.
Good breakfast at the adjacent restaurant.(not included in the 45 euros)
Not easy to go by public transportation from the downtown, especially during the week end.
I would not say my room was dirty, but there is definitively room for improvement.
No smoking allowed in the rooms, but the big room near the reception is actually the smoking room, and it smells very bad in the whole hotel.
During the night some guys (East Europe truck drivers?) will stay there, sleep on the benches and drink beer. Weird.
It's located in the middle of the industrial zone, and there is no restaurants, stores or bars within at least a 20 minutes walk.
Need to pay everything upfront when checking in.
Have to collect bath towels from the reception.
The whole place is in need of renovation.
If budget allows I would recommend to pay a bit more expensive and stay somewhere else.
