Good clean hotel with very helpful and pleasant receptionists and bar staff who I couldn't fault and were nicer than some receptionists I have come across at much more expensive hotels. Room was neat and tidy and clean. The lifts are a little noisy (perhaps a little harsh of me but I don't like noise at night) and so we asked to change rooms which was done without any fuss. Wifi is free? Could do with more milk but at least there were tea and coffee making facilities. It is a functional hotel but would be happy to stay here again and it was very good value and well positioned for the hospital where I needed to go.

in hamburg mostly hotels are good and expensive. this hotel was also a good one in everything. food, room, service, reception all good. if you are going to stay in hamburg; try to reach for good price cause as i said most of the hotels are in good quality.

Stayed here twice recently for business meetings. My company use this hotel as it is walking distance to the office. What's good: it's modern, has a great gym and sauna (no swimming pool) and satellite TV with German SKY Sports and English BBC and ITV Channels. What's not so good: not close to any u-bahn stations (my favourite way to get around) although there are buses and the hotel charges for internet after 15 minutes which I find unusual for German hotels. Overall a good hotel and well worth staying if you can get a decent price.
