Although 25 Hours Hotels is a small chain, it doesn't feel like one is in a chain hotel. This hotel is refreshing in that it does not appear to take itself too seriously, yet clearly pays attention to what most visitors want, which is good service, good value, and a clean and comfortable room.

The look and feel of the hotel is unique, as is the intention. If you are looking for more traditional, stately, ornate, old world charm, look elsewhere. If you want friendly and charming, with a refreshing sense of humor, then look no further.

We had a Captains room, with a great view through a wall of windows. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows deflate to almost nothing when one's head touches them. I highly recommend getting extra, as we did. They were quick and courteous about it too!

The bathroom was clean, spacious, and modern, and everything worked well. This is a new hotel, so there were no maintenance issues of any kind.

The hotel is easy to find and is very accessible with a Ubahn stop across the street. There are plenty of restaurants in this newest part of town. Groceries and bakeries are very close by.

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for it's ambience, service, and good value.

I have been there twice. It's a great hotel close to the cruise habour. The hotel is reflects the habour and seafaring in a good way. The whole theme of this hotel is build on it. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is excellent and has a big variety.
Next to all this the hotel has an excellent connection to the U-Bahn and you're within a few minutes in the city center.
I can recommend the hotel and probabaly will stay there the next time again.

Bed was the only minor... hard! But well, for a two night stay it was no problem!

Very quirky, almost boutique hotel but on a large scale. Clean comfortable room with one of the best showers I have ever experienced in a hotel. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Highlight was seeing the Queen Mary 2 docking directly opposite the hotel

Went to Hamburg for the weekend. This hotel is a cool maritime style hotel right in the middle of the new harbour area. If you like modern architecture, you should definitely go, plenty around the hotel. Hotel itself is 100% maritime with cabins, not rooms. Cool decorated in that style. Very good food to have at the hotel, but also good restaurants in walking distance. In short, highly recommended.
