What can you say more? Top location, the hotel is designed like a 4 star, the rooms are clean, modern and slick. Nothing more but certainly nothing less than a great stay in such a location requires. The terrace is the best place to be to chill. I will look no further for my next stay in Hamburg!

15 of us stayed here for 3 nights and it was great, it's a hostel/hotel but more like a budget hotel, rooms are clean and quite big, reception staff are most helpful with any questions or where to find things! Breakfast is a nice too, a good selection of nice fresh food! The location is the best bit, it's right on the Reeperbahn where everything happens and only a ~5 minute walk from the Reeperbahn station!

One thing to note though, if you want a quiet room though ask for one at the back as it's quite noisy well into the morning!

Stayed here with 2 friends in a 3 bed room. Fantastic place - more like a small hotel than a hostel. Gorgeous, comfortable, funky, spacious rooms with pristine bathrooms and with loads of character. In a great central spot with transport to everywhere. We were in a room at the front and didn't hear any noise from the street at all. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Orla - Ireland

Was unsure with the name and researched all the hotels in the area but was really happy with our decision to stay there. Great hotel , love the decor & friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay in this very central hotel. Close to underground & all the fun . Great value for money. Loved it & would highly recommend it.
Will definitely be back.

me and a friend stayed here for 6 days. although it's on the red windows district don't let the area full you, It's calm and quiet inside. the staff is very nice and the rooms are beautiful.

the only reminder that it's an hostel is when you take a shower (not in the room), and yet it's very clean and there aren't many rooms in a floor so it's great.

again- the staff is great, and helps a lot.

the only con I can think of is that because it's more hotel then a hostel it's harder to socialise (no mixed rooms with strangers, and in the lobby there wasn't the hostel talk to everyone feeling).

If your looking for a quiet getaway for the night in the crazy hamburg- this is the place for you.

Room Tip: If your getting a room facing reeperbahn beware that there will be noise if you will open the window...

The location of the hotel is perfect! The Reeperbahn is very noisy, but the garden behind the hotel is perfect to have a drink or breakfast. It is so quiet!
If you are unlucky you get an non-refurbished room at the front (Reeperbahn side) with windows which cannot shut. But the personel is very helpful and always finds a solution! Great stay, which I can recommend to everyone, but please make sure you ask for a refurbished room.

Room Tip: ask for a refurbished room, prefereably at the rear

Thank you for your very nice review. which pleases us every day to get even better.
Since we have assumed a very old house and rebuild with our own craftsmen and reshap. there are still two floors (8rooms) of 50 rooms they have a new carpet and bathroom but just have no issues wallpaper. Furniture, TV, pictures, curtains, etc. are brand new as well. These rooms will shine but also completely in about 2-3 months in new splendor.

The hotel is a real oasis on the Reeperbahn. It comes across as an affordable boutique hotel and you wouldn't for a second think you were on Hamburg's famous / infamous strip of inequity. Though the St Pauli area has sproused up over the years with great out door bars with live music in the square across the road and you are 10 min from either the docks and their beach bars or the opposite direction and 10min takes you to the centre of the young hipster bars of St Pauli proper. Great value.

Room Tip: I don't remember seeing a lift?
