I am usually cautious with hotel food. The italian restaurant in the SAS Radisson, which we sampled first during our 10 day's stay, fully confirmed this prejudice. Thus we approached the Trader Vic"s / the other in-house restaurant of the SAS Blue with considerable caution. What a pleasant surprise! The decoration is a matter of taste, but fitting with the theme. Seating is pleasant and comfortable. The varied menu, offering choice, inventiveness and value, all around exotic experiences, is great. And the very personal approach of the Executive Chef Pierre Tambunan and his team add warmth and a feeling of being cared for. We repeated and were again fullz satified. A verz recommendable experience.
