This place is superbly stylish and cool. All over it's dark colors and its impossible not to feel the "raw sexiness" of the place. The breakfast is unbelivbly good (but make sure it's included in your rate as is expensive if your get it stand lone)! The roof top area with a small gym is OK but the sauna area is top class and exclusive! Great drinks in the bar (but it's a smoking bar which is a shame) and the outside bar area is also great! The location is very entral BUT very. Lose to the main train station with is ugly streets and redlight district. Anyhow, if it's cool and sexy you look for in Frankfurt ... Look no further!

Remember the Saturday Night Live skits where Mike Meyers would play Dieter, the oh-so-trendy and self-absorbed Teutonic artiste? Well, this is where Dieter and his dressed-in-black entourage would stay...
The spa is waaay cool, with an infinity Jacuzzi.

Stayed here on business which was a shame as did not get chance to appreciate the surroundings and services.

Good service, funky and comfortable rooms, good bar and restaurant.

Dark everywhere, but it works in creating a cool atmosphere very different to your chain gotels. Would be great place to spend a weekend with your partner; wasted for a business trip.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip in May 2012 and I had a unforgettable stay. All was perfect: comfortable rooms, good restaurant and bar (with an amazing terrace), professional and helpful staff. One regret? I did not have the opportunity to use our SPA...some colleagues said to me that it is fantastic!!!
Also an ideal location: very near to the Messe Frankfurt (15 minutes by foot or 8/9 minutes by tram) and to the Zeil and to the Goethestrasse (15 minutes walking).

I thank you everybody again!!!

Stayed here for a business trip in Feb and it was freezing outside (a low of minus 20c and a 'high' of minus 5!) however the hotel was always cosy indoors and the staff were quick to order you a cab and usher you in.
Location-wise it's a 15-20 minute walk from the main shopping areas or most likely a quick cab ride. The gm was on the top floor with a generally nice outlook and modern machines. Whilst I didn't venture into the unisex nude sauna it seemed to attract a lot of locals.
The breakfast included a broad variety of unusual fruit, fish and other wacky stuff, cereals and cheeses and you could order eggs cooked to your liking. The hotel bar was quite a popular spot however it's hard work for non-smokers in this bar as you end up with sore eyes and clothes that will never smell the same again. Seems as though there was quite a lot of 'professionals' scoping the scene and being bought drinks by wealthy elder gentlemen. As with every other review, one gripe is that the room is so modern and 'mood lit' it's hard to find many of the controls and generally see anything, including what you've unpacked.
Very cool and great if you were away with a loved one for a weekend of fun but maybe too cool for a business crowd.

apart from the fact that the design may or may not meet your taste (if you like black furniture and darkness from dawn til dusk that's the place for you!), it is simply a very noisy hotel. The bar goes on til 4am, with full on bass that won't make you rest. i was moved from the first to the fourth floor the second night (after extensive complain for the noise) but still the bass from the bar downstairs could be felt!

Room Tip: at least on the 3rd floor! otherwise you wont sleep at all!

To avoid absolutely. The room I had was just over the night bar. I finally could get asleep at 4am... Having to bear the bass through the floor until they close.
The restaurant is also ridiculously expensive for what you get.
Rooms are nice, bathroom wonderful, for the price that's a minimum.
I was transfered to that hotel having booked at the Pure hotel (with a confirmed and prepaid room), but it was overbooking there. A shame.
