Don't book one of the studio apartments unless you're staying only a night or two, as they are very small - more like bedsitters. My company booked me into a studio for a 12 night stay, and I can say for a business trip it was woefully inadequate - there was no easy chair, just a bed, dining table, wooden dining chair and small dining table. More like student accommodation really.
The walls between the apartments must be very thin, as I could hear every word spoken in the next door apartment.
Kitchen facilities were comprehensive though very cramped, and the bathroom had only a shower, basin and toilet - no bathtub.
They say the apartments are serviced once a week, but mine was only serviced once during the 12 night stay - quite inadequate - I would clean my own home more often than that.
On the plus side the apartment was very warm and clean (clean to begin with anyway), and located in a pleasant, quiet and central part of the city.
The apartment office is open Mon-Thurs until 6pm, and until 4pm on Fridays. If you arrive outside these hours there's a resident housekeeper who can check you in.
Breakfast can be provided if booked the day before for 8 euros.
Possibly the larger apartments are much nicer - but for what was paid for the studio you could get a nice hotel room, particularly if you shop around. In summary, not much recommended.
