I was part of a big birthday group at this restaurant. In general, restaurants in Frankfurt seem to struggle with large groups, but our two waitresses did really well. We were treated like two separate tables and the second table was served much later than we were, but since we were a large group this is to be expected.
The food was great, as to be expected (some of the best burgers in town, in my opinion) and I really, really appreciated that the music was on at a low level so people could have conversations. The city Meatpackers is so noisy with all the sports and people and music that you have to shout across the table at each other. At Riverside, I could sing along with the music and still have a good conversation with people.
Note: there's a bus stop right outside the restaurant but the last bus is at 9pm. The walk to the city centre isn't long, and has some of the prettiest views in Frankfurt.
