“Great location nice rooms”
Reviewed 2 January 2014

Got to Frankfurt main station really late at night so was great to have had a booking so close by! The lobby is tiny and kinda old so i thought the rooms would be rundown but they were really decent and clean with nice new bathrooms!

A short walk-2 blocks- from the HBF at Frankfurt---or take the street-level tram. Very small place and not too many amenities, but if you're out all day, who cares? Stayed here for one night on our way back home. Comfortable room--twin beds/king bed; shower only in bathroom; desk with chair, mini-bar, coffee maker, and windows that open. Has an in-room safe (ours needed to be reset, but no worries) and the heating A/C unit worked well. Elevator to rooms. Friendly, helpful desk staff who all spoke English (Thank you! My German is not very good!). Tram stop our front door of hotel. Can take it to HBF if you want U-Bahn. The neighborhood can look a little less than friendly (occasional person sleeping on sidewalk), so might be intimidating for single women or families with children. We NEVER had an issue, but if you're concerned, take the tram, since it stops right out front. Lobby always locked an attended, so secure. Loved it and would stay here again. Cannot beat the location or the price.

Room Tip: Urban hotel so you're going to get some street noise, but there are rooms on the back side (they...

Stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Christmas Markets and do some shopping. Found the hotel to be in a great location - tram stops right outside and the no 11 tram leaves every 7-10 minutes into the centre of Frankfurt, about a 10 minute journey. Also walk-able in around 25 minutes - this involves walking by the red light district but we felt safe walking through it. Frankfurt's main train station is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel and there is also a supermarket 2 streets away. Room we were in was spacious and clean with a modern bathroom, safe and minibar. The hotel staff were very helpful and the hotel was lovely, quiet and felt very safe (secure door entrance etc). We paid €40 a night and feel that this hotel represents excellent value for money for Frankfurt. Internet is €2 for 24 hours use, breakfast was not included but this suited us as we got breakfast from stalls in the markets. We would definitely stay here again!

We visited this hotel for 2 nights to visit the Christmas markets around Frankfurt. The hotel was less than 5mins walk from the main Frankfurt station and we could get everywhere from there. The hotel was clean with what looked like new bathrooms, the rooms were basic but had everything you needed for a short break. We didn't have breakfast included but there is a really great cafe 2 mins away that serve fresh sandwiches. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming.

Would definitely stay again for another short city trip to Frankfurt.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location was great, close to everything including the red light district...lol!!! The reception staff were not that friendly. Rooms were tiny and had a distinct odor. Will not stay here again!

I booked this hotel as it was offering a very good weekend rate and was located close to the main station in Frankfurt and also close to the person I was visiting. Room was clean and comfortable, staff spoke good English and were helpful.

We booked through a third party and so wifi was not included free (it is if you book direct with them) however it's only €2 per day per device, and they waived the charge a couple of times.

Not luxurious, but very pleasant and would stay there again.

This hotel is very centrally located for both the Railway Station and also the Convention Centre. There is a tram stop right outside the door, which makes travel around Frankfurt very easy - or just a short walk to the railway station (1 block). The room we had faced away from the street & was very quiet. I would ask for one of those again. The reception are is very small & although the room wasn't ready when we arrived (about 10am), they were happy to keep our bags until later in the day. Internet is charged at 2 Euro a day if you book through an outside supplier, but free if you book directly with the hotel. WOuld use again for location alone, but very comfortable for our needs.

Room Tip: Ask for a room not facing the street
