We booked this hotel already twice as it is quite but still central located. Traveling with family it was very nice to be in walking distance to the zoo, which my junior really enjoyed. Suite rooms are big enough for a family and staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean and you get definatly good value for what you pay. Just to be aware when traveling with car. Both times we traveled to Frankfurt we got a nice premium rental car and I felt during our second visit more comfortable to find a public car park on the street than sqeezing into the very small car park below the hotel we booked the first visit. Either you travel with a small car or you will panic by getting your car into the hotel parking lot without scrating it. Appart from that, I can definetly recommend this hotel.

This is not really a 4-star hotel by any means. Rooms are nice and comfortable and breakfast is good On the other hand, hotel doesn't have any restaurant which I would expect for a 4-star hotel. WiFi worked during out stay, but speeds in the evening drop so much, that it's virtually impossible to do anything other than basic email work. The hotel only issue one userid/password combo per room.
Location is in a quiet residential area near the zoo. Short walk to tram or U-Bahn.

Initial impression of this hotel was that it is a long (30+ euros) taxi ride from the airport. However it is near 2 Underground stations which provide easy access to the city center. We received a quiet room at the rear of the hotel that was clean and adequate. The breakfast buffet was quite good while the hotel staff varied in their knowledge and helpfulness. Wi-Fi was down for the first day but was available (for a fee) for the remainder of our stay. The neighborhood was very pleasant with numerous small restaurants and seemed safe for walking. (For a restaurant, we found Mosebach to be a real gem.) While we were not associated with the auto trade show, it was probably a key factor in the high prices.

This hotel was recommended by the tourist centre when we arrived. Absolute luxury so close to the city centre. Tram transport so close but within walking distance of city centre as well. Rooms superbly appointed. Great value for money.

I had again to go to Frankfurt during the auto show, and as usual hotels are fully booked and charge exhorbitous prices of 3 to 4 times the normal price. This one was no exception and charged much more than what it would be worth, but I suppose the normal price would be more in line with what it is.
Beds a bit ageing and decoration a bit outdated but the hotel room was extremely quiet and very clean. All in all a good choice if location in the center is not crucial and you don't pay autoshow prices.
I still do not understand 4-star hotel chargin for internet, but at least this one only charged 5 euros for 24h.

The hotel is located about 2 km east of the city center on a quiet side street, but the metro station is just 200 m away. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious enough, and the breakfast buffet was good.
