This hotel is mainly for business but can be easily used for a good weekend in Frankfurt. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms, great and diversify breakfast. There is an enjoyable bar outside. Friendly personnel.

Only minus point is the price for one day parking for that area: 22 euro is a little bit expensive, but at least the parking lot is big and safe.

It's a hotel near the Frankfurt Fair and convenient by foot or by tram. But I think Accor who owns this chain takes advantage of the Fair attendees, most of whom are probably booked by their employers, and provides a mediocre product. The rooms are tired, housekeeping is unreliable. The breakfast buffet runs out of choices but the same restaurant in the evening proved excellent. It seems that if you spend money in the hotel they are capable of good service but the attitude to accommodation is exemplified by the ludicrous €10 per day Internet charge. You pay your money and Accor rips its customers

Generally ok value for the price. Location was fair. I assume it is convenient for those attending conventions. Otherwise, it was not right in the center of town. The rail was just a 7-10 min walk away, though. Then just a few minutes to the center of Frankfurt (Hauptwache (?) station). There is also a supermarket a block away. For these reasons, I scored a 4 for location.

The lady at the reception, Ms. Listman, was very quick with the check-in which was nice since we arrived in the late evening. She was also quite helpful with advise on how to get to the city center and what to do on a Sunday (since all shops in FRA apparently close on Sundays). She was also the one who helped with a little troublshooting in our rooms before we setteld in (eg unlocking of the room safe and assistance with some room lights).

What I didn't like was the fact that reception and the fitness rooms were in a separate building from our rooms. We had to cross the road to get to our rooms and vice versa to/from the fitness area and to the breakfast area on some days, which alternated between our building on certain days and across the road on other days. Also, there was no staff to assist at the reception area in our building as all the staff were on the other side.

Internet was not included in the room and was suuupppperrrr slow when we paid for it as well as at the lobby so we had no alterrnative but to spend over 2 hours to do our airline transactions - quite a waste of time!

Convenience in transportation & very good value for money! Tram stop at doorstep & it's only a short section ride to the main station. Lack of local take-away food options in the vicinity of hotel as it's in the exhibition hall area

Stayed for business during a large Tradefair for which location is perfect. Rooms are unexciting but clean and confortable and breakfast very good.
Television choice is limited for English channels
However internet is lamentably slow and purchased as an add on ,yet to endure slower wifi at any other hotel !

I stayed here for 6 nights in February as my company was showing at the Ambiente fair. We were allocated rooms in the residenz and so had to cross the road in the morning to get to breakfast, this wasn't a big deal as it's literally a 2 minute walk. The room was really spacious and comfy, bathroom nice and big. The internet was chargeable which is a bit annoying, but we got a deal at 35 Euros each so it wasn't too bad. The room was nice and quiet at night, the water and shower were always hot and it was nice and warm. The breakfast is fantastic, really good selection of hot dishes, cold meats, smoked salmon, cheeses, juices, breads, cereals and lots more. The restaurant is actually very good, during the trade show they had a set price buffet on which was different cuisine every night. All in all a really good stay, everything you need from a business hotel.

This was a best value booking I could find and there had to be a reason. I booked a bigger room at the back , which was slightly more expensive and it turned out to be a top decision. It was very quiet away from the road. The room was newly refurbished and very nice. €10 a day for Internet is a little excessive. The breakfast is awful and not worth anything , my advice would be don't bother with it. It's a 5 min walk to hall 9 of the Messe which is great news. There is a great little 'Gasthaus' to eat at just 5 mins away. The staff were clearly very busy and not very helpful so overall it was very average.

Room Tip: Choose a larger room at the back .
