No problems with quality of food or drink when you get it but service is unbelievably slow when exhibitions are on in nearby Messe. Staff are quite ignorant to visitors as they know that these visitors won't be around next week. Badly organised staff is the main problem and it's costing them big time in takings.

Dear customer,

Many thanks for your valued review. You identified that we are a bar that serve 'quality food and drinks.' We do aim to deliver high quality food, drinks and service with a warm welcome. I'm sorry that upon this occasion you found the service to be slow and disappointing. As a popular Irish bar we aim to make every individual welcome, as is the Irish tradition in Irish pubs across the world. You will see that many of our reviews are from customers that return to us at different times during the year. This is because, we, by no means have the attitude that the messe/exhibition brings customers that we will not see again. It is not true, customers will always return if they are in town and are happy with the product and service. My only explanation to you is that the week in question, was a very busy week for the bar, and although we have a very strong, hardworking team of workers in oreillys, who share our common principles of making everyone welcome; it can be that the pressure points during these busy periods can make it seem that our staff don't have time for customers; it's actually that they have a large volume of customers and service can be affected. I can only apologise for your experience and assure you and our customers that we have a lot of experience in managing our teams during the busy periods and we would absolutely be at maximum staff capacity during this time. Thank you again for your review, your feedback is very valuable.

We hope to see you back again.

Kind Regards,

Dave Doyle

Hi I go to O'reilly's at least once a week un Frankfurt, its nice atmosphere old wooded tables and chairs. Di pub grub is excellent, only set back is the Guinness is very expensive compared to Nurnberg Irish pub (3.90 euros) where as for O'reilly.s its 4.95. But if you are real serious Guinness drinker like you suck it up. Also the other negetive is on football afternoon it so packed you are standing 2-3 hours which is stupid cause they have another section they use for karaoke but its all ways close during soccer games i call it mismanagement. They do have a smoker area but its only open at night too, so you smokers must go out side. In the spring and summer time they do have an out side benches and tables.it right across the street from the main train station, so if you have a hour or two lay over then go get your self a pint mate.

I've been coming here for the last 15 years with a team of workers that set up the messe. Always a good welcome. Would recommend to anyone who is travelling through and just needs a friendly face.

Enjoyed a few days in frankfurt recently, and visited o Reilly's to watch the rugby games on the tv screens. Busy when we were there, good lively atmosphere, even though it was very busy, staff were very efficient and friendly, and kept us well topped up with drinks and food. One lovely staff member, an English girl, took time to chat with us and gave us some tips on places to see during our visit. We just had a light meal during the games, soups, chicken wings and breads, all were presented well and we're delish. We definetly would recommend a wee visit here , and we will call again when visiting frankfurt.
