It is not what NH used to be in the past...
In general breakfast in this industrie is starting to be a scandal 22-24 € and neither the bread nor the fruit are really fresh or you perceive quality. At the hotel you notice the wear on the stairs, on the walls, in the room furniture with knocks (I have never understood what clients do in the rooms), hard floor without offering shoes ... and the chirrie bed is already the worst ... nice staff and outdoor parking just for € 4 / day

Excellent hotel situated within easy walking distance of the Hauptbanhof and city centre. Very good breakfasts with plenty of choice and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Would definitely go back.

I've travelled far and wide, for pleasure and for business - with business travel consuming almost 30 years of my life. I've stayed in the most luxurious of hotels and the worst of them.
This hotel ranks as one of the best. No, it's not a 7 star luxury deal, it is a 4 star Masterclass in getting it right - for a weekend visit or a business visit this is unbeatable value and unbeatable service.
Compact, bright, exceptionally clean and ticking every box.
The rooms offer all you could want. The most comfortable bed - sleep quality was 100%. Beautiful pillows and duvets. TV that works and offers channels in all languages. Ample powers points. Fast WiFi - free. Plenty of wardrobe space, safe, mini-bar. A lounging chair and side table. Desk with two pull out, faux leather seats so that room service can be eaten at table height. A/C. Heating.
The light switches are convenient and can be controlled from either side of the bed.
It's quiet.
The bathrooms are small but have everything needed. Bath with over shower, shower screen that works. Tap fittings that work. Water that is hot. Vanity top with small stool beneath, bins, paper, toiletries plus ample space for your own, tissues, steam free mirror, make up mirror, hairdryer, heated towel rail. Robe hooks.
Beautiful breakfast served in a small dining room specifically for that purpose, but the addition of the ability for dinner served in your room.
Decor is excellent and stylish. The public WC's, included a disabled facility, were spotless. As you lock the door soft music plays and room perfume is dispensed at intervals.
Reception is outstanding. Staff charming and helpful. On offer - all day - are complimentary croissant, sweeties, biscuits and fruit flavoured water. There is a great bar with spirits, wine, tea and coffee.
The lift is large and it works.
Situated opposite the Frankfurt Messe Exhibition hall, it is close to numerous restaurants, directly opposite the Underground station and Tram stop and a mere 8-10 minute walk to the Main Station. Sachsenhausen - the famed Old City area by the river can also be walked (about 20-25 minutes) but easily accessed by the Underground (3 stops).

Very friendly staff from the moment we checked in, ready with lots of information. We were there for one night and even though our room was facing out on to the busy street it was very quiet. the room was bright and modern and loved the robes, slippers and toiletries supplied. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is the perfect location to visit the Festhalle, which is across the road and the Skyline Plaza was just behind this. The bar was empty and there was no one eating there that evening so we went elsewhere. The only negative for me is the breakfast. Any items such as eggs, sausages etc were very cold and although we came down to breakfast at 9am a lot of things were empty and we had to ask for these to be refilled. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

We wanted a hotel that was not in the busiest area of the city as we were driving. The location of the hotel was great as it was very close to the entrance to the subway. Clean modern rooms and a great breakfast. My only issue would be the very limited parking so we had to park at the garage of the hotel next door which was quite pricey. Very happy with the hotel however since we always drive when in Europe, parking is very important to us.
