Stayed for one night as we missed a flight and Lufthansa booked us in this hotel and no complains, the room was quite comfortable with a nice bed and an ok bathroom.
The hotel seems quite close to the city centre, about 12 minutes by bus.
Our breakfast was included and it was just average, I believe this hotel gather large groups.
Overall I was quite satisfied with the service and the accommodation, I wished they could give you wifi for free.

We were with Cosmos Tours and stayed pre tour on the 10th floor, the room was clean an tidy, the bathroom looked newly renovated and the view was great. We did have a safe that was broken and requested it to be fixed, within 25mins an entirely new safe had been installed. On our return part of the tour we stayed in a room on the 18th floor, this time we noted the room had not been renovated and was clean but tired looking with a stained carpet. The bathroom was definetly not as nice as our previous one on the 10th floor. We wondered if the were renovating the floors one at a time, from the ground up. The five elevators were more than sufficient and we never had to wait more than a few minutes. The bus into town was great, don't forget to take some change with you and you can buy your ticket in the machine before boarding. I would be happy to stay here again should the opportunity arise.

Room Tip: Ask for a newly renovated room.

Just "okay" hotel, affordable, nice views of the place from the balcony. Reception people were just "okay," hotel is old and the carpet smells a little musty..I slept with the balcony door open and it was a pleasant sleep for me. Wifi was good enough for me and friends.

Bathroom was old and tub was clogging...Would I stay again? Maybe, because of the price, but I wouldn't stay in the room all the time...

We made a booking when the hotel was under the Holiday Inn management, but after the change we decided to try out a new brand of hotels and retained our original booking which was carried over at the same room rates. We were pleasantly surprised at the layout of the hotel and the rooms. The room we had was on the 12th floor with an excellent view of Frankfurt. The room was reasonably large for european standards and very clean. Furniture was good. Bathroom was clean. Wi Fi is not free but they have a membership scheme to avail of the same. The location is disappointing. The supermarket is half a km away. However there is a gas station nearby (5 mins) that has the essentials that one will require. No restaurants or cafes near the hotel. One has to take a bus to the center of town. Oneway a little over 2 euros per person. Approx. 12 mins ride. The bus stop is opposite the hotel so that is some convenience. You can buy a group ticket for up to 5 persons for 9.90 euros and use it for all modes of transport for the day. That is economical.
I would stay there again.

Stayed in this hotel for two days on the 18 floor.. On leaving the hotel I almost missed my coach as so many people where coming and going the lift was almost useless. Had to drag my case down 18 floors along with some other irate travellers.

My wife felt there was a distinct smell about the floors and it seems this hotel allows pets to be kept.

The rooms where clean and tidy with great views of Frankfurt city.

The breakfast was reasonable, but not great. I would say this hotel was 3 star at the most.

It is obvious that this is an older hotel. But the management team has done a nice job updating the hotel to modern standards. If you can try to get a room on one of the higher floors, which offers amazing views no matter which direction it is in. Large rooms, good beds.
