The hotel itself is very clean. the first night, our room was facing to the rail track- very noisy from outside. then we requested to change the room to the other side. The breakfast is fine, and the room is clean with a kettle and coffee/tea. The only problem is that we had to walk along the motorway from the station. difficult to find it.
A very good hotel to stay with family. Very close to the West Frankfurt Train station.
Large family room which allowed a double bed, sofa bed and a single bed; still leaving loads of room to walk around.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Its slightly away from the main railway station where all the bus tours start; a taxi cost about 14 euros or else we can take the the S Bahn.
Location is pretty convenient, 5 mins walk to either Frankfurt west or Frankfurt messe station. However, close proximity to railway tracks resulted in certain level of disturbance especially when the roar of train breaks away the silence of the night, potentially waking one from his sleep.
If you are a heavy sleeper, this should not be a major nuissance. Hotel staffs are responsive and are able to communicate in english, but are too reserved for my liking. It will be good if they can be more proactive in providing their assistance.
The room my family and I (3 adults) was allocated to is clean and spacious. Overall, the hotel is decent and reasonably priced.
Very standard. The room was clean, the bed fairly comfortable. We expected a bathtub, as seen on the pictures, but were disappointed to find none our room. The breakfast however was alright, although it seems that the staff is not too quick with refilling the trays as we arrived in the breakfast room at around 9 am and half the trays were empty. The bacon was burnt black as well.
I'd recommend this hotel if you're going to the Messe Frankfurt on business, other than that, there are nicer and better situated hotels in Frankfurt.
