“Average but cheap.”

Good location, friendly staff & spacious comfortable room except from the fan was pretty poor and temperature in the room would rise quickly. For the money we paid it was worth the stay (40 euro per night), but if they were to charge any more I'd probably look elsewhere. The 10 euro a night extra charge for wi-fi was shocking though, most hotels do it free so this charge seems a rip off.

I chose this hotel because it is very reasonably priced and was located just minutes from the main train station. It was just an overnight transit stay, so why not? Didn't regret it at all. Room was small but sufficient. It was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful enough and wifi was fast. There is a good Malaysian restaurant just around the corner (called Selera) which serves very decent Malaysian food. For the price, this place was definitely worth it.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Hotel staff were friendly. Complimentary mini fridge stocked daily. It is literally across the street from the train station making it easy to commute. We walked along the river to Romer and it took about 10mins...There is an Irish pub on the corner next door that serves great food. Only warning is this hotel is just a few turns from the red light district, we ventured that way unknowingly and it got pretty sketchy really fast.

This hotel was a very short 5 min walk from the main train station. The room was small, but very clean and they have pull down shutters to block out noise and light at night. Had a good sleep which was the most important. I would stay here again for the convenience and budget value.

Hands down, one of the worst hotels I have every stayed at. And, the room I had was by far the smallest I have ever had.

The elevators are very small which make it difficult in maneuvering your luggage. One of them could double as an earthquake simulator. It shook violently as it moved up and down.

My room was ferociously hot when I first entered. It was 82 degrees F!!!! The old school radiator was pumping out heat like crazy. I don't know who had the room before I did but I cannot imagine anyone could tolerate that. The room did not have any a/c so I opened up the window as far as it would open. It was February so I thought that the room would cool off rather quickly. Wrong!!! Six hours later it was still 76 in there.

I know hotel room in Europe tend be smaller than those in the US, but this room was a joke. The bed was minute and uncomfortable. The blanket did not even cover my entire body. One flimsy pillow. There was about 8 inches between my bed and the desk.

We came here today and the hotel is quite different from the pictures but for £82 for 2 nights it is better than what was expected. The trams can be heard but you can not complain about the efficiency of the public transport and the people are friendly. This is a business trip so the hotel was not through choice. It may be called the savoy it it really is not. This is my first trip to Germany but would recommend you check other hotels before you book in here.

our room is at the 1/F, directly facing the terminal, just outside our windows, u can almost see tram passing by in front of you. During our stay, temperature was above 30C, but our room is without air con, just a ceiling fan. so you can imagine, when u sleep, u have to open windows to get some fresh air in, however, at the same time you also expose to those terrible traffic noise outside. After closing all curtains and the steel blinds, you still can see light and shadows running over your room while sleeping. . .

for one moment, we feel like we were street-sleeper, except we have a bed.
It was lucky that we only spent 2 nites in this hell.

one more thing that "surprised" us is the room service. one nite we back around 9pm something, we found one window was widely opened. we immediately checked our things and god blessed that we didn't lost anything. It was really unacceptable to leave a window open widely when the room is vacant and light off! we didn't complain to the reception as we found the guy there is not that nice.

really sorry that I dun feel it is a "HOTEL" in a big city
