“A hotel is more than just a building!”
Reviewed 30 September 2012

A good hotel should be, above all, a great experience for the traveller. The experience in the Innside Eurotherum was disappointing because of the lack og human touch.
First, I only book hotels that offer free internet. I saw there was wired Internet available, as they explain in their website. Once I got to the hotel they said that in my room there was no Internet available. I had to pay 20 Euro for the wireless Internet, which was slow. When I complained (politely) I got a “sorry, we are fully booked” but I never saw another soul.
Secondly, no safety deposit box in the room! Yes, just like a youth hostel. “ you can leave your valuables at the front desk”.
Third, “you can come for our great breakfast, for just 25 Euro per person”. Forget that! Plenty of places around the corner.
Fourth: “yes, we have a restaurant but they serve exactly the same as the room service menu”. Fancy!
The building is nice. The views are stunning. But you don’t feel you are in a good hotel. You feel you are staying at someone’s apartment while they are gone (and they forgot to leave you the Internet key!).
CONCLUSION: If your company pays for this hotel AND if you don’t require Internet to work; AND if you don’t mind leaving your valuables at the reception; go to this hotel. Otherwise, there are plenty of places that will make an effort to keep their clients happy.

Make sure to ask for a room with views of the skyline! The rooms are stylish with nice bathrooms. Some have free standing bath tubs next to the sleeping area!

There is a bar at the top floor. You must go there! Great atmosphere and awesome views! And the drinks are great quality aswell.

I gave only four stars, because most of the time, prices are just a bit too high IMO. You really need to get a special deal in order to get great value for your money. Otherwise, it's "only" okay value four the money paid.

The hotel is centrally situated for business in Frankfurt, and close to many restaurants, the old town and the river.
However, for a 5-star hotel we were surprised that there was no safe! Also since the hotel begins on floor 22, there was no traditional sitting lounge to wait for guests or a taxi.

I recently stayed at the INNside by Melia Frankfurt Eurotheum. The hotel is located on the top floors of an office building. You get stunning views of the Frankfurt skyline for free. My room was very spacious and had wood floors. Also a little kitchen was included in the room (I didn't use it though).
The reception is on the 22nd floor, it has a gym on the 23rd floor and the floors above have the rooms. You need your room card to use the elevator and get access to the right floor.
The breakfast was pretty good, nice variety of bread, ham, sausages. Free papers at breakfast. Breakfast price was 25 euros though, a bit expensive in my opinion. Would go again to this hotel especially for the views.

Exclusively for business travellers.
Freezing cold design, no feeling being with friends at all.
Perfectly located in the city center, close to office towers, shopping streets and restaurants and bars.

Checked in by 6:40am. Room was large, kitchenette, separate shower and WC.The views from the room were fantastic. The elevator ride facing the city was electrifying...sometimes dizzying but in a good way. Rooms where very clean, location was excellent, quiet area, close to everything. Gym was fantastic. Sauna excellent. Reception very professional. One of the best hotels in Frankfurt. You should stay here. Flat screen tv and sound system available in room.

Room Tip: Rooms with views of the city are best. But I think all rooms have views.Floor 23 and you have gym an...

Really friendly hotel staff. Always w a smile on their faces. When I needed something, they've been always there. My room is even w a little kitchen, which surprises me. Except that there is no complimentary Internet connection in the room and no room service for time being(3 weeks long, but they can order food for guests fr nearby restaurants) everything was perfect. One thing that I must mention is its location- it's at the heart of Frankfurt's Innenstadt. Everything's in walking distance.
