the Hotel was an absolute delight, very convenient location, very clean and the decoration was amazing, The view was to die for, especially by night, very impressive.
the entrance was a bit challenging. You got this card and you had to dial in the nr of the room floor near the elevator which took you directly there, but once you got used to it, it was better.
DO NOT FORGET TO PUT IN THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN on the door if you want to sleep in. The knock once or twice and walk in the room, so if you do not any unpleasant surprise, make sure you put the sign.
PS i didn't try the swimming pool or the restaurant, i rated that by mistake.

Extremely technical hotel: hard to get inside the parking, even harder to get to the 22nd floor, where the reception is. Some advange advise would have been nice to get. Reception personel was not the most helpful, seen better service elsewhere. The room itself was run down, dirty carpet, tiles in bathroom loose. View from the window was nice, location quite near the shopping area. However, I would not book again.

Stayed here for business 6 weeks at the end of 2013; Great value for money, it feels more like an apartment than a hotel room, located smack in the city center but no noise from the street. Recommend!

I stayed few nights at Innside Eurotheum Premium Loft and enjoyed my stay.

Pros:
+ Spectacular views over Frankfurt
+ Spacious apartment
+ Superb location
+ Open bathroom and bathtub in front of the glass wall was a curious addition (this might be a negative aspect for some)
+ Good sleep quality (comfortable bed, silent)
+ Staff was efficient and friendly

Cons:
- Interior was a bit distasteful and weird
- Shape of the apartment and some small details were not too practical
- No free internet
- Breakfast was not quite worth money
- Expensive

In summary: A good choice if looking for a special experience for a night or two. Otherwise maybe not quite worth the price; a four star experience at a five star price.

The room was a standard room (which is smaller than any other). The price of 139 € is no more ok for these kind of room. The parking price is 27€ (but there is a P+R where you can park for 3€/day at only 1km. Wifi is not included :-(. This room do not deserve 5 stars.

For instance there was an electric kettle but no plug next to it... An electric plate was there but no utensils (?). They used to have slippers but not anymore. Quite noisy in the morning as well.

This hotel still remains a good deal if you need to stay for a short time in Frankfurt in city centre and especially if you like skyscrapers views and cities by night then it is a must stay. The panoramic bar on 22nd floor has a great jazzy ambiance too.

Reception is held by young helpful people.

Room Tip: Prefer superior room

The hotel is extremely well located it is less than a block away from the s8/s9 lines which run direct to the airport every 10 minutes or so. It is short walk to both the main station and the main shopping area and is in the heart of the financial district. There is also a taxi rank within a few yards. The hotel is from floor 22 up wards.

I stayed in their smallest apartment which was still very spacious, seating area, bedroom area and small kitchen area with hob, microwave and fridge. If you are staying for more than a few days the apartment option is very attractive compared to the less spacious hotel bedroom alternative. The views over the city are great with the floor to ceiling windows. TV doesn't have much for non german speakers - just the boring news and financial channels, most decent hotels have at least the main UK channels. The internet was provided by T mobile at a very reasonable 5 euros odd per day. It was also pretty fast.

Security is very high. Access to the main building is manned 24hrs and access to the lifts giving access to the hotel floor is via key card. Each floor also requires the key card to be re-presented and obviously the room as well. This should allow the hotel to track movements and monitor security to a high level.

They have a bar which does provide relatively simple food and you can get room service ( I think though not on Sundays) Breakfast I have to say wasn't that great and it took 20 minutes before anyone appeared to offer coffee, though they were very quick to ask for room number for billing - err the wrong way round.

Gym with tiny sauna (which has window with great view) on 23rd floor. Equipment adequate but
could do with updating, 3 bikes ( all missing foot straps) couple of cross trainers and running machines and couple of multigyms rather than individual machines.

Reception staff helpful friendly and efficient.

Our room was in the 28th floor, the windows are very big, so the view on Frankfurt was amazing! It was very romantic!
Location is very good also - very close to the river and historical center.
The room was clean and very modern, the staff was friendly.
