we stayed there for one night ,
the room is tight
the location is excellent
there is parking in the hotel (10 euro per day)
the central train station is about 3 minutes on foot
I recommend it for business trip and short stay

Room Tip: the south room view is on the river

regular standard hotel Ibis like any other in other cities, my main recomendation is location very close to the main central rail station and local transport to conect to several places in Frankfurt.
Room located in the second floor i do not recommend because the noise come from the street in front of The Hotel, where guest use to stay to smoke even after midnight,.
Breakfast very good in several offers.
Dinner at the Hotel is ok but not to late because the risck of no find alternatives.
Internet acces is not good, when i stayed there, no working and no fixed for more than 2 days.

Room Tip: If you look for Hotel close the main rail station this is a good deal, but be sure to stay in rooms...

A nicely appointed hotel. The rooms are snug but clean. Open design bar off the lobby with free wifi. In fact, free wifi throughout, though you have to pay a premium for better bandwidth. Construction out front during my stay, but they put me on the courtyard side of the hotel, so there was no noise.Interesting, multicultural neighborhood. A manageable walk to the shopping district.

it was my first visit to frankfurt and i booked this hotel mainly for the competitive rate they offered "3 for 2" i paid 140 euros total in advance for a 3 night stay , which was a good deal for me , the staff are friendly enough and spoke good english ,there's free wifi in the reception and bar area that worked good with me however other guests had connection problems , and there's a PC beside the entrance , but no free wifi in the room !! the room at the first floor had a view of the river but construction noise in the street was a problem sometimes , very tiny bathroom and not modern but clean , good shower with hot water ...no mini fridge !! , there's a LCD tv with a decent choice of channels ,less than adequate storage space , i think 2 ppl will struggle to store luggage and clothes in this room , i also found the bed and sleeping quality to be average .
AS FOR THE LOCATION : its either 25 min river walk to romer , or 3 min walk to the tram stop behind the hotel and take tram 12 to romer or zeil , its a 5 min walk to the main station but like other reviewers have stated that the area between the hotel and the station dont seem so safe at night .
overall the hotel was just OK for me , but this rate was a promotion and wont be available forever , and there're better options in the city similar to their normal rates.

As a regular traveler, I have always enjoyed staying at Accor hotel. But this one is Frankfurt, is as bad as the French IBIS. The location of the hotel is not the best, only the fact that it is not far from the train station. But what you have around the hotel, you don't feel safe at all. The staff at the reception never smile and they aren't helpful at all.

The room is small and even if I am not fat, I found the bathroom to be tiny. I have a silver Accor membership and asked tor a late check out, which has always been offered to me in the other Accor hotels. First, they were discussing among themselves whether the silver membership would entitled me a late check out. They came to the conclusion that I might have a late check out if the hotel isn't fully booked.

I must admit that the other Accor hotels would grant late check out at 16.00, the one in Madrid, even at 17.00, as most of them have friendly and welcoming staff.

It was the weekend when the marathon took place in Frankfurt. I reckon that the hotel wasn't fully booked, as they reduced the rate (displayed at the entrance). A second reason to believe the hotel wasn't fully booked, was, when I was told that I could be granted a late check out if I pay a supplement. I reminded them that this is not the case for guests with Accor silver membership (and I would expect them to be aware about it).

There was no point discussing with them. I refused their suggestion to stay until 14.00, as I didn't want to come back at 14.00 just to leave the bags in a store for 2 hours and then to pick it up again.

I must say that I was really disappointed with the service and the ignorance of the staff

Room Tip: Try the Mercure in Kaiserstrasse, or, even the Intercity Hotel - Hotel in Frankfurt offer good rates...
