Hotel a little out of city centre but close to tram line for access. Rooms small and functional considering location. Local menu in restaurant was very good.

Stayed one night on business.

Amusing and modern looking hotel is a very striking vision on arrival.

Foyer is cavernous and impersonal, but that is standard fayre for conference hotels in my experience.
Check in was friendly and efficient.

My room on the ninth floor was spacious and mostly well appointed; with a spectacular window wall. What a pity the view is a building site and a highway !

The only issue with the room I had was the woeful lack of hanging space. If I was staying more than 2 nights I could not have hung all my clothes in the ten-inch wardrobe.

Bed and pillows very comfortable indeed.

Breakfast was varied and of good quality but at €20 I was temped to catch a coffee and a pastry on the way to work instead.

The restaurants looked good, but I hate eating alone in hotels when I travel. A short walk revealed a plethora of Thai, vietnamese, Italian and Japanese restaurants which provided great value, good quality food. I chose " Thai Wok" with a belly-busting repast for €9 !

All in all if the Radisson SAS Blue was on Ocean Drive, Miami it would be possibly the best hotel in the world. As it is, it is a comfortable and stylish hotel in a business only area.

Good business hotel near the airport, 15 min/25 euro taxi ride. Near 17 tram station goes Hauptbanhoff. Nothing interesting within walking distance. Rooms are cleam, well apointed with good views. Matress and pillows are excellent. Good size flat screen TV. Breakfast is OK particularly if it is include in the price. I paid EUR100/night which is a good rate (on BA's website!). A few small engatives: WiFi was not working, toilet did not flush, pool is very small and the spa was not hot enough.

I only stayed here for 1 night while I was at the Messe. This hotel is quite close to the Messe/ Exhibition centre. I think it's 2-3 tram stops away and hence quite accessible.
The hotel has a modern yet industrial feel to it with unplastered walls, bare ceilings and transparent elevators.
The bell staff saw us bring a trolley to get our bags out of the taxi and stood there smoking his cigeratte..Only after some time he realised that he should help us. This was quite weird.
Check in was quite simple. My room was nicely furnished with all amenities in place and the bathroom has a particularly interesting wallpaper of roses. This was quite amusing.
Overall my stay was comfortable and I may want to come back again.
Nice for a business stay.
Not sure if families can stay here.

We flew to Frankfurt for our two weeks road trip in central Europe and desided to stay for one night in Frankfurt since we hadn't earlier expored the city at all. Radisson SAS Blu was our choice for the hotel since it was conveniently located and had very modern facilities.

We arrived at the hotel quite early but were able to get a room and leave our stuff inside while going back to the city. We had a rental car and the city was quite easily accessible from the hotel and also the main highways are very close which we found out in the morning. The parking is located below the hotel and the price (reasonable) was added to the room bill.

The rooms are large and modern and have good isolation for sound. I usually have ear plugs with me just in case but this time definately did not need them. Upon arrival we received a plate of fruits and special pen etc which we then realized was delivered into a wrong room. We took the gift back and told the concierge that we were not "Mr Rheinhard" and gave the plate back. After arriving back to the hotel in the evening we had our own gift in the room waiting for us... :)

Up on the top floor there is a well equipped gym and a swimming pool with a magnificient view to the city. There is also a Finnish and Turkish sauna's and some easy chairs just for relaxing.

Only little minus that we have to say about the hotel is the price for breakfast in the morning. We thought that 50€ for two people having breakfast is a little bit too much, even though the variety of food was very good. One reason - of course - is that we dont eat that much in the morning so paying that amount of money for a piece of bread and a coffee is just too much.

All in all Radisson SAS was propably the best hotel (quality vs money spent) on our two weeks trip in Germany, Italy, France and Luxemburg.

My boyfriend and I stayed one night at the Radisson Blu in Frankfurt in March. Check in was friendly and efficient and the room was quite small, but nice. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good, although not exceptional. Breakfast was more than adequate. Liked the design of the hotel, both exterior and interior. The only downside is that the hotel is not in the city center, but there is a tram stop not far away. Would not hesitate to stay here again on another stopover.
