I stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling to frankfurt airport.
The hotel is clean, modern, the staff are friendly.
The only thing I can complain about it very subjective. I think that the hotel lacked a personal touch...the room had a cold atmosphere and did not make me feel very welcome.
everything was grey or in very neon-like colours...
and the bed was a bit to hard.
Great breakfast tough!
It;s just not my style i guess.

We stayed here for one night in function of a citytrip. The hotel is a three-minute walk from the tram stop to the city centre. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get there (Römerplatz) and cost € 2.30 one way. (€6 for a day card).
On the outside it is a very modern, rectangular building. Once you get in, you immediately notice the work they've done to make the interior look unique. The reception has no ceiling and goes all the way up to the roof, with color changing lamps. The elevators are completely made out of glass, and give a nice view over the lobby. The lady behind the desk was very helpful, and while we normally could check in at 15u00, we got our room when we arrived at 14u00.
The rooms are quite spacious, mainly because there is no seperate bathroom. The shower is a glass cube in the middle of the room, and the washing table nicely put on the opposite side. The beds are nice to sleep in, albeit a bit small (1m60 wide). Our room was equiped with a small sink, minibar (free of charge) and all other facilities you'd expect. very clean as well.
We went to the restaurant, which was tidy and peaceful. The menu wasn't that extensive, but the quality of the food we got was high, and the service impeccable.
The wellness part of the hotel wasn't that big, but everything you' expect was there, and it was clean and comfy.

I can recommend this hotel to everyone. No real downsides to this one.

I stayed here for one night on business in September 2009. The hotel is well positioned in Frankfurt being a 20 min ride from Frankfurt airport and within walking distance of both the main shopping and business areas. Upon arrival at the rather tall tower you have to walk through the lobby area to the hotels elevators and then try to work out how to get to reception on the 22nd floor. Its important to read the console which tells you which of the lifts to ride in, not just take the first lift that arrives. The reception area is small but the reception staff were some of the friendliest and helpful i have ever had to come across. I wanted to have a shirt laundered for the next morning but as it was too late for the service they arranged for a iron and iroining board to be placed in my room. You get a personal tour of the room and an explanation of how to use the lifts and the key card system which reinforces the feeling of service. I was on the 23rd floor in a fair sized room, there is a little kitchen area with hob sink and kettle, mini bar and tv with chairs. aside from the stunning views afforded by the ceiling to floor windows the most striking feature of the room is the shower cubicle next to the bed. Its an interesting concept and one which takes some getting used to but not without its charm. The room is quiet and there is no danger of being disturbed. I went to the fitness suite which has some aerobic machines as well as fixed weights but the sauna was a disappointment. The hotel bar feels very dated although does have a reasonable view of frankfurt. Breakfast was taken in the room and for 24 euro the deluxe was as advertised, with far too much food for one person. Overall, nice hotel, well placed with some interesting features and excellent service.
ps dont fly out from frankfurt hann, its a 180 euro ride away

Hotel located in a tall building downtown Frankfurt. The reception is not easy to find ( 22nd floor) and there is no sign on the door of the building . If you are driving you have to use the parking on a small street turning right after the building entrance.
Rooms are not very new but very spacious and comfortable. Excelent location and nice view of the city. Fitness facility is the only negative point for this hotel.

I picked this hotel for its location in regards to the office that I was visiting in frankfurt. On arrial I was taken aback by the design of the reception\lobby area. I looked very moden. They have an array of hanging lights that change colour right over the reception and its just one of thoese things that makes you stop and just think 'thats different'.

After a very quick checking, I went upto a very clean and well set out bedroom. Now the one this that is a bit strange is the postion of the shower cubicle in this room (and i have been told they are all the same). There is not a bathrrom as such but more just one big room. The plus point of this is that you can watch the T.V while in the shower :-).

I eat in the restraunt that night and the staff were very nice and fast as well. The food was top notch.

I did end up cutting my trip short. This was nothing to do with the hotel but more that I have finished what I needed to do quicker then I had estmiated. I have done this at many hotels in the past and had issues cancelling my booking for the remaining nights. I had no such issues here. The staff were very helpful and arranged a taxi for me as well.

If you are in this area, I would really recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for one night during our trip to Austria as a sleep over. Very modern business hotel with clean and modern rooms. Nice and cosy bar and excellent breakfast. It's an excellent choice as hotel for a city trip during the weekend or as a sleep over for a long trip besides it's main purpose as business hotel during the week.

This is a very friendly hotel with a stylish design. The array of colourful lights in the reception area, and the free standing glass shower cubical in the middle of the rooms means the hotel has a very novel feel. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and the best part of the breakfast is the fresh fruit, better than in any restaurant I have been to. It's about a 5-10 min drive to downtown Frankfurt and so is very well located. Also has a free minibar. You would only stay here for business though, it's not a family hotel.
