This hotel is a great value for a quick stopover in Frankfurt. The location is very close to Frankfurt's main train station which was perfect as our train arrived just after midnight and we didn't want to have to deal with a taxi or any other transportation so late after a long trip. Just a five minute walk and we were there.

For what you pay, this hotel delivers great service, a good clean room, fast reliable wifi and a really good breakfast. There were only two downsides -- one is that the air conditioning is pretty weak and did not really do much to cool down the room... it was easier to leave the window open although that got a bit noisy. The other issue is that the pillows were a bit too soft for our tastes although this is just personal preference.

Overall, I would gladly stay here again if I am in the area. It's close enough to downtown and to public transportation to make it a great base for sightseeing in the city.

Stayed in room 505, €140/ night with terrace, all seemed ok until I got up at 6am to catch my flight. No hot water! Hotel staff grubbing around in my room trying to fix to no avail. Freezing shower. No apology at all, even when I checked out, it wasnt even mentioned. When I asked it was dismissed as if I was being difficult!
I would have expected an apology of some sort, I was charged full price even though the hotel did not full fill their obligations as a one star hotel.
Purely not!

Room Tip: Ask if the room has hot water

Super chic hotel near Frankfurt train station. Small rooms but very well done with everything you need. Good value. Sleek and contemporary, great bed and bedding, wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning in the lobby. Not an impersonal business hotel and a real treat to be on business in a place like this. Very comfortable for one person but would be a tight fit with two.

We were only in Frankfurt for 2 days so wanted to make the best of our trip. We received very intimate service from the front desk clerk, Carlos. He was great!!! (some of the other staff, not so much) Very knowledgable re: places to go, things to do, etc. He defintely helped make our trip smooth. The hotel itself is very funky. The room we received with a balcony was perfect. Very nice layout and atmosphere. As for the area, it's not the greatest. Close to the train station and the water, but if you're looking for city centre, probably not the best choice, although to walk there is about 15min which isn't too bad.

Pluses: overall it has a low key stylish feel; great location for train access - 5 minutes walk from the main train station; friendly service; good value (we paid 79 euros for a standard room); good sized well planned room and bathroom, with windows that open (although to a street that's noisy if you're trying to sleep); complimentary internet access; good breakfast (included in the room rate).
Minuses: the hotel has maintenance problems: our air conditioning did not work (when I mentioned it to the clerk he said that other rooms were experiencing the same problem), the room opposite ours had its door open for the duration of our visit with dirty towels on the floor (it appeared that the roof was or had been leaking); our bathroom door had been damaged and repaired with a large unpainted blob of timber filler. For a hotel that sells itself on affordable style these issues need to be addressed. The service, though friendly, was sometimes haphazard - eg requests forgotten; no-one on the desk for a few minutes when we arrived.

This was our first trip to Frankfurt and as we were arriving by train we wanted somewhere close to the station, the hotel is located on a quiet street about 5 minutes walk from the station. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink and sat outside in the lovely courtyard at the back of the hotel. The entire hotel is decked out in white so it looks very modern and also has a unique style to it as a local artist appears to have added his own style to the decor complete with a wall upon which guests are invited to express themselves about pretty much anything !
The rooms are of a good size again decorated all in white to give a very modern feel. Rooms are complete with I pod docking station, safe mini bar, flat screen TV, well stocked bathroom
Overall a fantastic hotel in a great location would certainly recommend this hotel especially for anyone arriving by train.

So close to the train station, that was a wonderful plus, but be careful of where you walk after dark alone. The front staff was professional, helpful, friendly and all around great. Oh, a for us non-German speakers, their English was impeccable. Breakfast Buffet was well more than adequate and the clean, white setting was appealing too.
For a boutique hotel, the room was on the small side yet had a King sized bed, but certainly comfortable. The shower was a delight. The price was too low to mention. Free Wifi added to the comfort.
