“Good hotel on a not so good location”
Reviewed 14 August 2013

The first impression was not so good. It was hard to find, because it is in a very small street in an industrial area. The reception was in the basement. Breakfast was not included and was 6 Euro per person per night.
However, when we went to our room, we found a spacious room, a good bathroom, good beds (quadruple room with four real beds, no couches transformed into beds). Although there was no air conditioning (with over 35 degrees Celsius), we could open the windows to catch a nice breeze and were able to keep it reasonably comfortable. Breakfast (for which we had to pay) also was in the basement and it was good.
Internet was available and worked well! Speed is good!
We had a room on the top floor with a balcony and nice view over Frankfurt.
To get from the hotel to Frankfurt or to the Freeway, every time we had to make a weird detour and make a U-turn somewhere (even with GPS). The traffic situation around the hotel is far from ideal.
The price is a bit high for what you get.
This is a good hotel on a not so good location.

Room Tip: Especially in summer it would be good to get a room on the top floor, in order to get some wind to c...

Rather clean hotel in Frankfurt suburbs - good place if you travel by car. We were late for check-in for 20 minutes by it was ok. Basic room - quite ok for 1 night.

A bad experience overall. The advertised free WI-FI didn't work in my room. The room was noisy with water pipes running inside the walls (I think). Whenever the next room customer has a bath, I couldn't sleep! The staff was unhelpful and unsympathized over my problems with noise and the lack of internet connection! They promised to change my rooms, but never came to happen since I had to either wait 2 hours (!!!) on the hotel lobby, or go back to my old room with no choice of getting on a new one

Room Tip: don't go to that hotel!

when you think of germans, you may think "efficient." This hotel is the opposite. the entire experience was a disaster from the booking to handling issues that come up. if you like surprises and being charged unfairly, this is a is a good choice. if you are looking for no hassle travel, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We spent 4 nights on a business trip in this hotel. It was during the Soccer World Cup in Germany, and the prices were extremely high: 90 EUR per night for two of the four nights and 160 EUR (!) per night for the other two nights. The original, normal price is about 40 EUR per night ---and the hotel is *at maximum* worth that price.

When we arrived they presented us our rooms. In one of the wardrobes we found some old food (sausage etc.) from a person that previously occupied the room.

The shutters were not working. They were all blocked.

The hotel is very close to the highway, so it is quite loud when you sleep with the windows open --which is necessary in summer since they have no climate control.

The announce on their website that they have wireless internet. In fact it does not work. There is only internet access in a room in the basement (which, the ***only*** positive point, is free of charge).

Well, finally, I really would not recommed this hotel!
