We stayed here for 2 days and it was quite comfortable except for blanket that i personally didnt like since for its too thick so it was hot to sleep under. Design of room was interesting: carpet is green and there were 2 sheeps and it looked like they were eating grass. Also sheeps were in pictures and lamps. So its pleasant a bit of nature in room :). We were asked on reception witch color we prefer so we chose green and the room was on third floor. Not so big room and place for clothes is also small. All in all its quite good place to stay : location is nice - subway is near and tram stop is even nearer

The hotel is great, interesting compared to other city hotels. Some rooms are really small, the one I stayed in had no place to store clothes of luggage. But all in all it's a great place to stay: clean, good food, prices are ok.
The staff on the other hand is a different story - they raise their shoulders to a lot of questions, they forget what you've asked them to do, etc. Not very welcoming either, unless you're German, which changes the deal completely.
On my next stay I will choose a hotel from a large chain, and stay away from small boutique hotels where staff training is optional.
Also, the price they charged us was 40 euro higher than the one we booked for.

I would highly recommend this hotel, great value for money, funky decor, helpful polite staff and a good breakfast. The location made it easy to get down to the river for a stroll into town for the evening. I would definitely stay here again..

I stayed at 25hours the Goldman for business. The rooms are large by european standards and all fittings etc are in excellent condition. The beds are very comfortable (medium softness) and the bathroom is of a good size with a large shower with good pressure. My room had a separate couch for relaxing.

The Wifi is of reasonable quality and is free to hotel guests.

While smaller European hotel rooms are fine if just staying for one night, the Goldman's rooms are larger, making it much more comfortable if you plan to spend some time in your room working etc.

If you need to use an iron, ask in the evening as they tend to run out by the morning.

I would recommend for multi-day business travelers or couples.

One of those situations where I end up feeling sorry for the reception staff who have been horribly short changed by 25 hours hotel mgmt, who have (purposefully?) neglected to make it at all clear (on their and therefore other websites) that many of the rooms in this hotel do not have air conditioning. How they managed take a property and turn it into a hotel without full aircon is beyond me. The city regularly sees temperatures of 30+C in summer and there are plenty of empty buildings in Frankfurt to choose from. So this was ueber frustrating on a warm early summer night when having to sleep with windows open means enduring the full traffic noise from the Hanau Landstrasse below.

The experience then becomes doubly frustrating when I tell you that my room was very nice with some querky touches (old 1950's cinema seat etc) and the restaurant below served me a decent (if expensive) meal. All very frustrating. So to managemnet I say install air con througout hotel without delay, and in meantime if you do stay here go for an aircon room (M+) or stay in winter only !

Hotel staff were in the end happy to help and transferred me for the second night. I rarely give hotels a poor rating as I do quite a lot of research before making a reservation. But here i feel the management need to be exposed as their website misrepresents the experience on offer.

Room Tip: Air con Air con Air con !! All rooms noisy of windows have to be opened. In general earplugs here a...

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two nights while in Frankfurt for business and my experience was great. It is really a luxurious hotel that keeps up to its name and deserves that ranking. The rooms are beautiful and the service throughout the stay is impeccable. Even the room service at midnight was superb. All the guys there treated me by name whenever I met them. All the meals that I had were amazing and included a great variety. I can honestly recommend this place to anyone.
