This is one of the Restaurants I frequent in Westend, and it is always a good bet for a lunch when I'm after something with a little more staying power than a salad. Being in the Westend there is a predictably high quota of suits in there at lunch time, although the place is fit out as a more casual pub-type restaurant.
The food is good, the portions are more than adequate, and the daily specials offer a bit of variety, although they do seem to offer a menu heavy on traditional food. The Chili con Carne was v. good the last time I was in there, but I have not heard of someone walking away disappointed.
The service is friendly and efficient - it helps that the place is relatively small so it's hard for the staff to lose sight of you.
It also has an outdoor area which is great for summer.
