This is a lovely small hotel with good food and is reasonably priced. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms accessible to the public in the dining area are spotless. I have nothing negative to say about this establishment. The proprietor and staff are all very polite and they go out of their way to be helpful. You can take a river cruise and see the castle's along the Rhine river. It is only a few minute walk to the boat dock.

We stayed here for five nights in July. The hotel is very quaint. The hotel is well sited for the station and the town. Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Our room on the third floor had a view of the Rhine. However, do ask for a room with air conditioning as it was very hot in the room.

Hotel itself was quite charming and breakfast good after French breakfasts eated before... But the street noise was terrible and because we only had a fan in our room, not real air-conditioning we had to keep our window open all night. It was quite impossible to sleep at all.

We were back to Rudesheim for the Rhine in Flames and had no problem deciding where to stay. This hotel is "Out of this World" The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The Breakfast is terrific. The staff are friendly and every day in Reception you can get help as to what you may like to see. The Rhine is about 100 meters away. this means that the railway is not heard from the Hotel, a definite advantage unless you want to stay awake all night. The owners are so friendly and helpful and I have already booked next years trip. If you want a great holiday in the Rhine valley then THE RUDESHEIMER HOF is the hotel to stay in.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the back to avoid any possible traffic noise. Mind you this only becomes evident when Germany have won a World Cup Match

My grandson and I stayed here in late May. I had stayed a couple times before. As always, the rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is quite friendly and welcoming and there is plenty to choose from at breakfast. I love this hotel. Our walk from the Bahnhof was less than a fifteen minute walk (and we didn't rush). The KD dock is only a couple minutes walk away if you're taking the Rhine castle tour and the Personnenschiffe, that runs across the Rhein to Bingen, is also very close if you want to explore Bacharach or St Goar during your stay.
